Absolutely disappointed! I placed a pickup order online through the app. My order said it was ready by 6:45pm. I didn’t get my food till 7:30! I had ordered a salad and added cucumber and the lady at front started yelling at me saying that they had no cucumber at ALL! I had told her, me and other guests have been waiting over 40 minutes to get our food There was multiple guests at the register/ waiting and the employees had no bother to greet them nor take care of them. She then proceeded to keep yelling “I can’t help you the manager is here so talk to him” VERY disrespectful! $20 for a meal that’s not even that great, getting disrespected, “no cucumber”

This place just keeps getting worse and worse. I work near by and order here often (well until today, I wont be). I always get the pesto cav, but unfortunately it is never the same. Today was just bad. I got like 3 tiny chunks of tomatoes, maybe 4 mushrooms, almost no pesto and the pasta was WAAAAY over cooked. I have always received good customer service from the employees, especially the employees who have been there a while, but the food is nothing what it used to be. 1.0 star rating 4/3/2017 I found a hair in my Thai Green Curry, Totally disgusting! Took it back to the kitchen and showed the young lady...her response was "Oh, that's a snap (snow) pea hair, no worries." No apology, nothing! I am in my 60's, and I have cooked a lot. I know peas have strings, but this was not a pea string. It was a curly hair as in a moustache or other facial hair. There didn't seem to be any adult around and I wasn't about to start disagreeing with this young lady or any of the other kids in the kitchen for that matter.
