However much better than original experience a few years ago. ordeted rose oolong- was super good. 1 of the 2 times the boba was undercooked but it was still good. Didnt ser any if the awful employees grom 2 years ago....previously-----From the start the employee working this afternoon 10/25/23 was impolite. I ordered something that should not have been that complicated-'change the Earl Gray tea to a black tea. As a regular consumer of Boba milk tea I have been to numerous different boba tea stores / shops whatever you want to call them and never have I had such poor service such rude interactions with the employee as well as the manager nor have I had a tea that was so disgusting I left the full drink on the counter my friend also took a sip and agreed it was disgusting it's not just me. I let the manager and employee know that it wasn't good that I really didn't like it and they didn't care too bad so sad customer service is an unknown concept it is standard to remake A food or beverage item that is absolutely repulsive I doubt this business will be around very long go anywhere anywhere else but here...
This little shop is such a hidden gem! Tucked away in a well-known shopping center, it’s easy to miss—but once you find it, you’ll be so glad you did. The drinks here are always delicious, with super creative combinations that go beyond your typical matcha and drink menu. You can tell they really care about flavor, texture, and presentation in every cup.
They also offer a great selection of snacks and desserts that pair perfectly with the drinks—everything we’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and fun. It’s the kind of spot where you end up trying something new every time and somehow loving it even more.
The shop itself is adorable, clean, and well-decorated, with a relaxed vibe that makes it a great place to hang out or take a quick break while shopping. And the staff? So sweet. Every visit we’re greeted with smiles and kindness, and they’re always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations.
They definitely deserve more attention for the quality and creativity they bring to the table. We’ll keep coming back and bringing more...
Read moreThe last few times I've come here the milk tea is gross with no tea flavor at all and the dairy free alternative they use is absolutely disgusting and tastes very artificial, worse than cheap creamer powder, and that's all you can taste since there's so little tea in it. See the picture of black milk tea- it's virtually white. They also don't offer fresh cow's milk, probably because whatever alternative they are putting in is much cheaper. If you get your drinks with lots of sugar, which is how they typically come, you may not notice the lack of tea in milk tea or the gross tasting dairy free alternative they use, but if you like tea and are looking for traditional milk tea that tastes decent and is not just full of sugar you will be disappointed. Also found their drinks are inconsistent depending on who’s working, they often skimp on the boba even though it’s an extra charge and sweetness and ice are not always...
