Every time I’ve asked for extra crispy or extra well done chicken or fries about 85% of the time I always have to have them make both or at least one of them again. How hard is it to crisp up the fries and chicken longer? I stopped going through the drive they for that reason. People would wait longer in line of I’d complain and I felt bad if I did. Then I gave up and started walking in. Still they couldn’t the order right. Today I had to get my spicy chicken deluxe remade and my large fries remade because they were not extra crispy or extra well done. Even after I specified how I wanted it. Both either came out limp and wet and soggy. After an employee took my sandwich and then said I could keep my fries another employee came to me, probably a shift supervisor, who looked as If she just graduated high school , asked to see my wrong fries I was granted and then threw them away. Great customer service. Didn’t apologize didn’t clarify. Really said nothing except let me see those fries and then threw them away because probably I was eating them. The fries weren’t even for me. She probably thought I wanted something for free and wanted to complain. No. I want my order right like I ask for it. It’s not that hard. Crisp it up. Make...

We go through the drive through for our family of 5 at least once every 2 weeks. We’ve lived here for 6 months now. I kid you not, every single order has had at least one thing wrong. It’s now a game my wife and I play. Such a minor annoyance that has built up and is culminating in this review. CFA does a lot of things right. But I think the focus on drive thru efficiency has decreased the attention to detail. And the pressure to be efficient is felt by the customers too. If I had another CFA option I’d go there.
Will I keep going back? Probably.
But there seems to be something unique about this CFA relative to the countless others we’ve placed 100s of orders with over the years.
The picture was my order from today. I asked for one kids meal to have a fruit cup. When I stopped to check the order, the drive through attendant almost immediately asked if everything was right. It’s a big order. It takes time to check. And the vibe given off is for me to stop hurting the efficiency, and drive off. So I drove off. Knowing something would be wrong. And it was....
Read moreI went later in the evening an hour before they closed. Only one person was inside in line in front of me. The drive thru wasn't busy either. The girl at the register helped the person in front of me, handed him his food, and then went off to the side to help her coworker. There were at least five other workers behind the counter doing cleaning. I stood there what seemed like 10 minutes. It might have been less, but they all just looked at me, didn't say a word, and no one would help me. Finally, someone came from the back and asked me if I had been helped. I replied "no". She told the girl working the register to help me. She had already seen me, I was behind the last person she helped. I have always had stellar service at other Chick-fil-As. This was crazy terrible service for them. I could see if they were busy, but they were dead and had a lot of workers just ignoring me....
