NEVER ORDER ONLINE! Never been so mad in my life!
Ordered online for my wife, my son went to pick it up at the designated time, they said they did not have the order and then ignored him. He was standing there with the receipt in his hand. I called to ask what the issue was and some girl could not help and then she and the manager talked about me on an open line. Manager said I was confused and to reorder, said I already paid and to look at the receipt in my sons hand. She ignored me, looked in her email, all the while stating how I was wrong and then she found the order and they would make it. I asked if she would do something nice for my son who had now been waiting almost 30 minutes and was embarrassed from being left standing there and SHE HUNG UP. Too many places to go to have to deal with this level of rudeness. Ordered dinner at 6:55, he finally left with it at 7:45 and that was another 15 minutes after she said she would make it.
Update: If you let corporate know, they show how much they care by sending a generic email, what a great company! Have a burrito and go away, that is one free meal I will never use!

On the 11th, I ordered my usual tortilla loaded soup in shell with pork I had a reward for a $ 2.00 chips with queso. The total was $14.49. Today the 14th, I came in for the above exact order and paid $ 16.59, by the arrogant piece of work at the register. I questioned him about the amount, that it should be $14.00 something. He told me that all the locations charge different amounts. What an insult, there was a licharged. Did not want to argue with the less than person. Apparently, the less than young man apparently missed customer service training. He simply could not be bothered. He also, spoke to the counter crew very poorly, (disrespectfully actually when they were asking questions about sizes? He smarted off to them and it was not nice.) I will not be returning to this location ever or suggesting it to anyone else. I feel bad for the co-workers, I think they would be embarrassed by the treatment he gives them and the customers. Read moreI called because grub hub says this location is closed. I'm sitting in front of the store and could clearly see its not closed. I'm trying to order ahead of time because I have a fussy 2 year old in the car and didn't want to be in there longer than needed. Whoever answered the phone said " yeah were are open but its too busy right now I'm not taking orders, it's just too busy to take any more orders. Please look at the pictures below I took 60 seconds after that phone call....2 people are in line. 2. Apparently this store can't handle a workload of 2 people. Embarrassing really. When I took my phone out to take these photos the red haired girl ran in back, I assume to tell someone I was taking the photos, probably embarrassed because they knew they got caught. Guess me and the 2 year old will drove somewhere else. Qdoba Corporate, you should hire some people who can handle a larger "rush" than 2 people.
