Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Colorado

10/13/2024: Went back thinking maybe we'd give them another try because the other Pizza places aren't that great either. Not a great experience again

I ordered 2x Pan Pizza's and received hand tossed for both. I didn't notice until I got home. If you are going to charge someone $2 extra for Pan, you need to ensure we get what we pay for. One of the Pizzas was supposed to be 1/2 mushroom, but when I got home it was all mushroom which makes it non-edible for half my family. To top it off, both my son and I got sick after we ate last night. He threw up all over his bed last night.

Needless to say, not the greatest experience. Probably will think twice before coming back.

9 months ago:They only have 2 people working and "forgot" to put my cheese sticks in the oven with my order. Order was 20 minutes later than quoted...now pizza is old and cheese sticks are hot...not the best experience. I'll probably stick with Papa Johns from...

To emphasize the pros, the wings are super good.

But, the important part is definitely the pizza, and that was not my favorite at all.

Even with the online deal, my food at pizza hut almost doubled in price to Domino's or Papa Murphy's, and the quality was not good. No hate towards the workers as I find this was more of a hardware issue than anything.

The dough tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way through. It was crusty outside and very doughy inside. I ordered a pan pizza, and compared to domino's it was more like a regular hand tossed. the cheese either didn't melt all the way or was a lot faker than expected, as you could still not only see but actually separate it from other shreds accurately. and in all it just wasn't amazing.

Definitely recommend competitors more at the moment until either food quality rises or prices lower, can get better of both...

I'm so glad that Pizza Hut is back in Monument for the first time since 2011 its been far too long since I've had Pizza Hut on a consistent basis I would have to go somewhere in Colorado Springs in order for me to have Pizza Hut but not anymore Pizza Hut is finally back in Monument but it's in a different location which is fine by me unfortunately for them when it comes to ordering Buffalo Wings they don't have Mild Boneless wings anymore I know it's not just at this location but it's like that elsewhere at every other location I don't understand why did they drop the Mild flavor in the Buffalo Wings when you can order them elsewhere like Buffalo Wild Wings...
