I wanted to let the community know I recently had a great experience at the Ziggi’s Monument location. I’ve been driving to Dutch Brothers, which is 15 minutes away, mostly because of the experience I have there. At DB, the staff is always upbeat, always interested in what you’re doing that day, and essentially keep you company while you’re waiting for your order. I just had the same experience with Ella at the Ziggi’s window. That type of interaction gives me the sense employees actually care…which is rare these days. It’s hard to justify a four dollar cup of coffee, but it makes it easier when you have someone as upbeat as Ella.
I believe she deserves accolades for being a young woman in this day and age, with such a vibrant and approachable personality. That’s truly what your industry needs.
I did training, management and recruiting at Apple, over the course of 5 1/2 years. I was in charge of finding people like Ella. I would’ve snatched her up in a heartbeat, making her an offer she couldn’t refuse. You should hang on to employees like this. They are incredibly hard to find, and more so in that age bracket.
I truly hope someone takes a moment to let her know this review is directed towards her. She deserves it!

Read moreI’ve come to Ziggi’s pretty much every day since opening, but the drive-thru was an absolute disaster this afternoon (August 18 around 3:30pm). I pulled in and there was only one car in front of me, but when things were all said and done it was almost a full 20 minutes between pulling up to order and receiving my one drink (the car in front of me only got one drink as well, so I have no clue how things could possibly take that long). The girl working the window kept walking away despite me sitting there forever, would not make eye contact with me, stood there drinking her coffee in front of me as I was waiting, and even ignored me when I asked if everything was okay with my order. To top it all off, my drink was not even good, as I’m not sure any flavorings were added into the infusion. Waiting that long for an almost $8 drink with crappy service just to have it not even be made correctly is just not acceptable.
This was a very disappointing experience because it was exciting to finally have something new in Monument, but after today I will not...
Read moreWent through the drive thru today and got a peach, please 20oz and I would say they gave me a Just Peachy instead but if they did give me a Just Peachy, they still made it wrong because there isn’t white chocolate in it. I didn’t say anything at the window because I thought maybe I was just wrong but I tasted it and it tastes like Ziggis energy and not any kind of soda. I’m not even sure what they did make to be honest. Kind of disappointed. My burrito was also exploded in the bag and while I don’t necessarily care that it was because it’s all going in the same place, I used to work at a Ziggis and know it would not pass inspection with the mystery shopper.
