My husband and I came for some sandwiches today and witnessed some pretty steller customer service from Dwayne. This store has 3 obvious "ring bell for assistance " signs and a bell. There was a young woman, while staring at her phone, asking the customers "does anybody work here?" I rang the bell once for service and this young woman came behind me and rang it over ten times. Dwayne came from the back where he was working and asked if he could help her-she said she rudely wined that she had been waiting forever and stood infront of us as though to be served first. He pointed out the sign "ring bell for assistance" and explained they are clearly marked. She barked her order at him while continuing to stare at her phone. He calmly and professionally decline to serve her. He then served us with exceptional professionalism after being treated poorly by this very privileged young woman. I am a Customer Service Manager with an airline, I have seen some poor behavior and I always take the opportunity to appreciate good customer service when I see it. His delivery to decline service was very well handled. Well done...

They have posted, $6 Meal for students (granted it said with a student ID card). I asked the very "over qualified" teenage girls if we could get the deal. He's standing right next to me, so it wasn't like I was trying to get it for myself. They said, "only if he has his student ID". I said, "He's a home schooled kid, and there are no student ID's". They said no, in their most polite 16 year old way.... I said, "you're kidding, right", and again in their most professional 16 year old way, "umm, no..." and went back to making their Musicaly's... could care less about their customers. Nice work...
Read moreI stood staring at 2 employees for a several minutes while they chatted to each other with mask down over open food. They never acknowledged I was even there with my 2 kids so I walked away.
If you want even a little customer service courtesy and care about general health restrictions then I suggest passing by this Subway.
UPDATE March 2022: I recently gave this Subway another chance and it looks like the employees I mentioned before are no longer there.
