I am absolutely pleased with my last visit to Qdoba. I'm a mother of 3 and today as we were coming back from a long road trip my kids were extremely hungry. I was hoping to make it back to Denver before 8pm but there was extreme traffic on I-25 and that was just not the case. My kids are big fans of Mexican food and this was not far from I-25 so we decided to pay a visit. It was roughly 9:10pm when we arrived and the doors were locked. When I went to tell my kids that they were close they were extremely sad and they started throwing a mini temper tantrum. Right after I told them the unfortunate news about an extremely polite young gentleman with orangish hair came outside and told me that he could help out. When I came into the store I saw that everything had been put away and I said that it was okay and that we could find another place to eat but he insisted that he help. I ordered three burritos and this gentleman whose name was Joseph took out all of the ingredients and cooked it for us. On top of that, he made us a fresh batch of tortilla chips for free. I want to thank this young man for going above and beyond and saving the day for my three kids. 100% recommend this place and I hope to...
Read moreThe manager Kenia is wonderful and friendly. We always speak Spanish whenever I go in. And we laugh and smile. The staff are great. Food is good. My challenge with Qdoba is over the last couple of years they have raised prices and lowered quantities. They are also inconsistent from one store to another. Some stores use a large spoon for the meat portion and others have retreated to a small what appears to be a quarter cup or third cup scoop. In addition, this store limits the amount of corn salsa you can get to two scoops, whereas every other store I've been to has no limits. The inconsistency creates a dissonance between a loyal client like myself. You never want to walk into an establishment that you love eating at and feel frustrated cuz of the inconsistency and the changing rules and quantities from store to store. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I've watched the prices go up dramatically and the...
Read moreWith some time to kill while waiting at Les Scwab Tires (excellent service & clean), I decided to go grab a late lunch (2pm) and do some work at Qdoba. As I crossed the lot, I suddenly realized there wasn’t one car in front. Looking inside it looked as if closed bu I could see the serving line was still open and stocked. Walking a little further, I noticed the trash on the floor. I tried to go in twice but just didn’t want to subject myself to the humiliation of paying for food from a dirty establishment. But as I tentered, I noticed more trash a dirty floor and an amazing amount of grime on the bathroom doors. Ick! No thanks, I don’t need food that bad! So I returned to Les Schwab and the thought occurred, who would have thought that an automotive shop would be cleaner than a National eating establishment? And in a very well-to-do community! I know it’s hard to find help but this is also visibly a a problem...
