Pay no mind to the one star reviews here! Those are people who wouldn't know good Thai food if kicked them in the tush. This place has been a precious and authentic gem since day 1!!! The Thai tea is on the sweeter side but just right on a hot day. The lunch special is perfect proportioned to satisfy and if you go for dinner order 3 or 4 dishes and share. This is the only good way to eat Thai food! It will cost more but take the leftovers home they are better on Day2! The Pad Thai is on point with ground pork or chicken, the green curry is great with chicken or pork and the Massaman curry is amazing with beef! The variety of fried rice is no joking matter! People who were upset because they didn't get fried rice as their side....it is because it isn't a side it is a whole dish and is well worth it! It is a work of art not a side dish! The Lemongrass chicken soup is always lovely but a very distinct and strong flavor...not for first timers. But get it when you return for sure. Bottom line this place is worth every penny and the service is amazing!

Woooow! My goodness! Many American Thai restaurants fail to excite me…Puukaow doe—blew me away! I actually took the gf here for V-day(the one Monday they are open!) and boy, what a treat! Starting with the Calamari appetizer—wait—no—that’s not what it started with. It started with a fantastic waiter! He was charismatic, knowledgeable, and quick to provide tailored advice. The calamari hit the spot—as it was well-(but not over)battered and perfectly cooked. Just the right about of chewy and breading. Next—after an earnest recommendation, I selected the green curry fried rice—and BAM! Perfect flavors and textures. Well balanced blend of sweet and spicy. Mm mmm mmm. Lastly—the famed Mango Sticky Rice and coconut ice cream was FIRE! Easily 5 stars.

Went in for lunch, the appetizers which were 8.95 each. Had 1- coconut shrimp which were small and somewhat burnt but still managed to be ok. The calamari were oily and not crispy at all but were also ok. For main course lunch, we had the Red curry with chicken 9.95 which came with soup and a spring roll, it was good. 👍🏼 The second meal, was the drunken noodles with chicken 🍜😋 9.95 they were really good, very authentic food. Overall the main courses were really good. 👍🏼👌🏽 The appetizers, not so much...and the Thai Iced Tea was also great. Definitely worth a go in Pueblo West for authentic Thai cuisine!

I had the Chicken Yellow Curry, a fried, chicken spring roll with a Cucumber Salad and it was $30. The amount of rice they give is half of what it should be... pretty insulting to pay $30 and get home with 3 or 4 bites of steamed rice. The Spring Roll was typical Thai fried roll.. I expected some chicken in there but is was laughable trying to find meat in there.. just some mushy silver noodles. Didn't finish those... just tossed them out. The chicken was the typical dry, pre-sliced frozen in a bag white meat chicken typical at most Thai and Chinese restaurants. Dry and tasteless (curry is best with slow cooked bone in chicken). The curry also lacked the creamy smooth texture you expect from coconut milk because it was watered down and they must have added a little sweetener to compensate for the lack of coconut milk.. it was too sweet. Cucumber Salad was boring.. not marinated long enough in the vinegar.. just tasted like plain cucumbers in sugar water... no onions like most other Thai restaurants. $5 for that? I don't think so. I won't be back.. I still felt a little hungry after eating as the portion was like a small...

THE WORST! We have been here before and the food was actually pretty decent but today we were the only ones in the establishment. My wife ordered the fried softshell crab which was cut into 4 pieces. My wife bit into it and it was frozen, gross juices pouring out. We stated what happened and the server stated he could reheat it but obviously my wife did not want it and we ordered something else. When it was time for the check the waiter stated he took a percentage off but he would have to charge us, even though the establishment messed up. This is not an establishment we will go back to! Make sure if you go, that you know what you are getting into! It’s not about the money it’s the way they treat their customers, we were treated like we did something wrong when this establishment obviously does not care about the food, how they serve it and how they treat people that come in to get something good to eat which this place does not have! DO NOT COME HERE unless you want some BS service/ Food. Spend your money elsewhere! #...
