I got food poisoning. Worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Bucket in front while trying not to lift off on the toilet from exploding diarrhea. Never had it come out both ends like that. I know it was from here. It was the only thing I had to eat that day. I don’t like doing this but I’m speaking out.
It’s expired now but I used to be safe serve certified and worked in the food service industry for over 12 years. Is it me or does the fast food and restaurant industry suck so bad right now? Especially when it comes to teenagers. Now I’m not trying to dump on the younger generation but the lack of food and proper food handling education is atrocious. Especially since a large portion of food service worker are fresh out of high school every single year.
The method they use to reheat the cold pasta that sits out in the open is not sufficient in my opinion enough to kill off bacteria.
Carrots in a buffalo Mac is absolutely gross. Shredded carrots or carrot in general has a very terrible shelf life. Especially if they're buying the pre shredded stuff from US foods, Rinehart or Greco. Which ever one it may be. Either way without proper heating you risk serious food contamination. I could tell they simply added cold carrots to the mix when assembling the buffalo Mac. Oh and the chicken nugget were hard and chewy like they were cooked in the microwave.
I’m not 100% sure of their exact process for proper reheating of certain items but if it’s simply mixing warm ingredients with cold ingredients then that is a serious issue. I’d like to observe there process throughout the day to be exact.
Noodles and company is a great example of proper heating methods. Especially when working with pasta. Cooking each...

You walk into a dark restaurant that's arctic cold where you assume someone has repeatedly burned the same piece of toast throughout the day. There is a white haze hovering in the entire building. No kitchen exhaust. As you stand in line to order you are aware of the burnt toast smell seeping into your clothes and the burning of your eyes is annoying.
Older lady Michelle takes my order and because I've never been here, she rolls her eyes and tosses my menu into a pile in front of her and acts like I'm an idiot when I ask to clarify the order. A real people person. Thankfully she saved me some money by not adding protein to my order as I wanted. (I can only imagine how awful the lobster would have been. I shudder to think of it now) I'd given up speaking to her at that point and moved on. She was just as rude to a first day employee telling her "just do your job". Amazing. The manager looked so defeated and deflated. Ice machine was broken. The soda lines hadn't been purged, making the soda taste bad. Overall not even close to good. Grilled cheese on white with 8 tater tots, tots were under cooked with no flavor and the grilled cheese was very hard and the cheese smelled like eggs so badly my kids asked if I had made deviled eggs.
Mac and cheese had very little cheese and was not hot. Cold Mac and cheese straight from the oven, eaten in the restaurant, is a real disappointment. What's the point of cold Mac and cheese for that price?? Who wants that experience? No thanks. The very best part of this place is that it has a drive up window so when they eventually go out of business and it becomes a coffee shop or something else, it's...
Read moreWell the skinny salad was fairly small for its cost as well as there were no chicken bites or what ever was to be added to it so it mainly was a veggie salad totts were under cooked and mushy Rubin sandwiches called for bacon on them and we only got chopped up ham on them. Bill came to 38 bucks and we could have fed a family of three with full course meals at applebees for that cost. There were way too many people stumbling over one another to get orders made we waited for an incomplete salad and two sandwiches for twenty five min. Workers with facial hair had nothing covering it and well that’s sorta a big turn away for me as well as the service after getting home. This location has been open a week now and would have thought all the kinks with it would have been mainly worked out by now As a customer I would have to say and I think many others would agree that if this location doesn’t step up their a game as a franchise It’s not going to last it’s the first one I have ever been too and. Might be my last. Maybe by the end of the summer I may try to give it another chance but I will for sure check my meal before I leave and if it’s not what it’s to be made of I think I will just have to aske for my money back and they can keep the meals. In my opininon it wasn’t worth the time or the money spent to get what wasn’t even three complete orders of what we asked for. Wished I had better to say. Nice building set up and cool uniforms. Just I can’t say it was worth it really at...
