I be damned if it be a 3rd time….it all began about 3 weeks ago…that was an encounter that my homie Henry Higher Level Guerra and I had. We went out to have a good time and listen to live music with dancing of course. As soon as we got into the Pub and found some seats, the waitress/server was not friendly nor accommodating to us at all! She demonstrated a rude and disrespectful way and we ignored it and continued to enjoy the band. We eventually departed where we were sitting and just ordered from the bar. We would periodically see her avoiding any level of contact as the night went on. We felt slighted but, oh well!
Fast forward to this past Saturday, and yes, I’m cool enough now and will refrain from saying things I probably could say. We went back to Q's Pub and Grill and unfortunately the familiar treatment happened again. This time it was nasty and a bit intrusive. Henry and I went to the bar to order a drink (on tab), and a rude waitress/server named Jen walked up and nudged us to move out of the way. She stated, “you can’t stand here”’ and her body language was overstated and confrontational. So we reluctantly stood aside while the bartender made our drinks. When the drinks were ready, the bartender shewed her and another server away from the “no standing area” while beckoning us to come get our drinks. So as we approached I said move out of the way so we can get our drinks. Yes, I used the same tone and arrogance she demonstrated! She deserved it for sure. I told her you cannot continue your ugliness and looking in the mirror as if it’s cool, being the way you are. She reported something to the male bartender (Andre the Giant)…and he confronted me very aggressive and unjustly so. Seconds later we are surrounded by 2 bouncers (Jesse & Darryl), whom were clearly doing their jobs based on the perception manufactured. Andre did cause a scene, he knew nothing except for the manufactured perception. After a few exchanges of common sense, Andre the Giant returned to the bar back and Darryl said continue having a good night.
The exchange was troublesome and undeserving at best. We closed out the tab and tipped the nice bartender. We stood next to the band getting a fist bump from one of the band members…Ms. Joy (Thumpin’) can sang!!! Ultimately, as we departed, we spoke to Jesse at the door, and he said, ”there is the owner…hold on, I’ll get her for you to talk to”. The lady never turned around. He came back to us with that disappointed look…welcome to our world. We keep being disappointed. I will never go back their again. Never!!! At least the bouncers apologized.
My boy said he didn’t sleep that well! As for me, I never do🤤but you can best believe this has been on my spirit tough. Let this abbreviated complaint serve as basis for revealing that this Pub—Q’s Pub just may not be as friendly as they make it...
Read moreGreat Bar! All Positive Vibes @ Q-Pub & Grille located in the beautiful rich affluent community in Littleton, CO (near Columbine) which is the hillside of the Rocky Mountains! The people here are so down to earth and friendly. The food is not bad either. Hospitality has it here. Great place to watch sports and people. The Trivia Games Night is FUN. These people like to party.
I used to go here to dance because I love to dance to live band music and because I lived in SW Denver at the time which is nestled in the baseline of the breath-taking views of the Rocky Mountains, The Continental Divide!
I go out by myself and make friends. I would follow my favorite live bands who played here. You'd meet up with the same people again going out to have a good time. If there was an empty seat at a table they would let you sit there even if you never met. People go out of their way to have a good time on the dance floor. Everyone was on the same page and made you feel welcomed! No need to have a dance partner, just get up on the dance floor and dance!
Former MLB Baseball Player Denny Neagle showed up and I got to dance with him because they let me sit at their table, not even knowing who he was yet. His manager told me later who I was dancing with. I once gave one of my get well gift baskets to a bar tender who had cancer. I hope she is well now. I also have a gift basket here to one of the extremely talented band members whose table I was sitting at as well.
Another positive mention, I use to work for the Golden State Warriors, National Basketball Association and I met a teacher/tutor who liked to go out dancing with her boyfriend. We were sitting at the same table and she told me her neice used to work as a dance Cheerleader for the Golden State Warriors, NBA, too! She now has her own dance studio. She knows kids should be dancing to relieve stress. Small world, small table talk, amazingly FUN people! Thank you Q- Pub for being there for me.
I kept it a secret and took off to work for Utah Jazz. I didn't let anybody know I had job offer. I kept it to my self. Utah Jazz was the only company that hired me with a Zoom call interview during the Pandemic. No other entity hired me with...

After seeing your response to my review tonight, it's important to let you know that I have actively tried to get this remedied since last Thursday. I first spoke to Shawn, she promised me a call back after taking a look in to things, which I never received. I called today to once again request that my tab be reviewed. After a few back and forth calls I was able to speak to Trevor the manager. I was able to get the breakdown but still saw a $23 discrepancy. I was not given the breakdown you gave here in your response. Jean did call me about my post, after I posted it. (Which is my right as a paying customer) I DID call her back at 3:14 p.m. and left a voicemail letting her know I would like to discuss this further. I never got a call back. You can't tell me I haven't tried to handle this differently. And Now, I'm seeing your response to my post. Where is my call??? I've spent enough time trying to get customer service here and will now let it go. It was our first time and last time there. I am not defaming your pub, I'm simply warning people to pay attention to the items they are charged for. We had a blast that evening and still think it's a great place for a night out-...
