This place is awesome. They have a million options and each of them that I've tried have been delicious. The staff is super friendly and help out with the tough choices. This particular visit the credit card machine wasn't working so you could pay with cash or order online on your phone. An inconvenience, but they were obviously aware and were trying to get it fixed and still manage what looked like a huge catering order. A guy came in and was pretty upset about the situation but went out to his car to order on guess phone. He was struggling with the website and rudely came in and demanded help with it. When the guy working politely informed him that he wasn't familiar with the customer-facing website the customer started getting all worked up and asking if the manager knows about the cc problem and where's the manager at blah blah blah. Some how the employees kept their cool and were still super professional and polite to the guy being a dick because he couldn't figure out how to add fries to his order. Didn't catch the employees names but the young lady and young man with a mustache working 8/12 evening deserve a raise or bonus...

The food here is amazing and I’m a picky SOB when it comes to food. I’m from the South and I like my food with a lot of flavor. So for me to say it’s amazing is a pretty big deal. But it always, and I mean allllllwaaaays, freezing cold in there. Today it was actively snowing and they had the frickin’ front door propped open with a rock. The problem is that the cooks in the kitchen get hot, turn the AC down so they can cool off, and then all the people in the dining room freeze. The sad part is that there’s a fairly simple solution to this problem. The solution is to have two separate HVAC units, one for the kitchen and one for the dining room. I said simple, not cheap. The food at the Evergreen location is good however breakfast time and opening on time seems to be a challenge. I can't even count how many times we go there on the weekends at the ever changing times listed on the door (when there is one at all), to find them closed. We have gone at 9am to find them closed, no one inside, no hours posted OR, hours listed and we are there after opening time listed to find doors locked, no one there, OR, a sign of some kind with a reason why they are not open. Yesterday it was due to a "gas problem, opening later". I understand that but seems to be something much too often. It's very frustrating to just want a breakfast burrito and too many times, to find them closed. Hoping management can help get this place on a better, more...
