Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado

This morning I went for a Chocolate Almond Milk Shaken Espresso. I asked for light ice. I had a $3 gift card from Verizon that I applied to my drink which cost $5.45. My remaining balance owed should’ve been around $3. For some odd reason I was charged $10 to the card I paid the remaining balance with. Not only was I charged $7 more than I should’ve been, but my cup was only 2/3 full. The drink was not shaken( the chocolate malt powder was still floating in chunks). There was almond milk covered on the outside of the cup. I was honestly very disappointed by my experience at this Starbucks this morning. Probabaly will not order coffee here again. I will take my business to the Golden location where they make it exactly how I ask and don’t over charge me and don’t hand me a cup coated in sugary almond...

EDIT: Unfortunately while the original review remains true the prices at this location and Starbucks in general have past the point of logical reason. Regardless of how much you have there comes a point where one must decide between overpaying and being ripped off. Everyone knows Starbucks has always overcharged but now they have crossed the line and are simply a rip-off.

Employee added gratuity without my consent.

Went through the drive through, the guy ran my card, and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no, and he handed my card back without giving me the portal like usual. Went inside to get my drink fixed (they didn’t use oat milk) and asked for a reprint of my receipt. The employee had added a tip without my consent.

I called a couple times to speak to a manager about this, but they weren’t in. I messaged on the Starbucks website to get an email contact for the manager, but they said that wasn’t possible.

So watch out there and be sure to get your receipt in the drive through. Tipping is nuts lately, but outright...
