I ordered a short latte with 2 extra shots. Barista did not know what a short size is, even though they have short sized cups. She was confused ("You mean THIS cup?" she asked as she held up the short cup) and then didn't know how to ring it up. (This barista is not new, by the way. She's always here.) "What kind of latte?" she asked repeatedly. Uh, just a regular latte, I responded twice. She seemed annoyed and flustered. Then she charged me for a tall latte with one extra shot, which I'm pretty sure came out to be more expensive than what I ordered. Then she made me a short latte with one extra shot, instead of two extra shots. I took the drink and left, even though I should've pointed out her mistake.
