KFC — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Why is the Jamaican KFC taseing 10 times better than the ones in the USA? Is it because the USA locations are not washing their chicken properly before they season it? Even when I enter the store on this location the chicken does not smell wonderfull like back in the days! That's how i know something is wrong but I tell myself I’ll still give it a try Just to see. I got Three pieces of chicken And two piece had a little red inside of it, meaning that it should stay in the fryer longer! I don’t like the smell of the Chicken it just smells like there are frying dirty chicken! And that’s a big turn off. furthermore they got some kids running this location I saw one with a phone in his hand while he is looking about customers food I think they still need more training but the smell in general turns me off big time I never say nothing to no one but I rather leave a review for the owner to correct this situation Not only in one location but all. I stopped at One in Texas where some Black people were working and their chicken tasted perfect but I think washing of the chicken properly with vinegar and lime will improve the taste in general because any Americans go to Jamaica they can tell you about that KFC once they had taste it, they wash it properly. Usually I don’t post reviews or complain about fast food but man was this visit horrible. Aside from the fact that this place is rated so low. They managed to go further below expectation. If a pickup order is said to be ready at a certain time, I expect it to be ready at that time. Instead I’m waiting 20+ minutes past pickup time waiting to even be acknowledged by the staff & then when they finally came to me the food wasn’t ready. I watched this worker go over and hand make the whole meal. Worst of all, nothing was fresh. She chose the driest oldest pieces of chicken for my 2 sandwiches. How can you wait 20 more minutes past pickup time and not give me fresh food at least. This location definitely cuts corners and although they are “friendly”. The GM doesn’t care about speed or quality. The chicken sandwiches are the driest thing on earth. As stated below with others it is worse than beef jerky. Literally a choking hazard without the sauce. If you’re desperate for food and are thinking about stooping low enough to eat here. Safe yourself time and money. Can literally get better chicken at king soopers in the deli and buy some bread. Doubt the owner or manager will read any of these reviews. So going to call my bank and dispute the meal. I have visited this location four or five times in as many months and I should have learned my lesson after the second time. Every single time my order has been way wrong or missing several items. This time I ordered a 12 piece bucket and one of the three sides I chose was mashed potatoes and gravy. I stupidly assumed that there was no possible way my order could be wrong AGAIN and drove home. To find no mashed potatoes or gravy. I drove back and told the supervisor (?) that I had gone all the way home without checking, and he dished up the side and gravy and handed it to me with a "So sorry" and that's it. No offer of something small for my trouble, just a cold 10 minute drive for something I should have had in the first place. Biscuits looked to have been smashed before baking and were flat as pancakes, no thighs, literally half the bucket was wings... Definitely learned my lesson this time. I hardly EVER complain or post reviews, but I can't let this one slide. I wish the ownership or management would get it together. The recent facelift looks great but doesn't come close to compensating for the consistently...
