Horrible customer service, especially the lady who attended me!! The food is good (8/10), except the orange chicken taste too soggy; I like it crispy. I literally came when they ran out of chow mein, rice, and spicy orange chicken. I was second in line and had to sit down while the food was getting cooked. After 5-10 minutes, three more clients came exactly when the chef came out to pour food into the trays. The two people were serving the food for the ones who were in line instead of the one who was there before me and I. First person got up since she had to go back to work and I noticed that the lady was serving another lady who came after me. I got up and called the lady three times and finally she answered me. I kindly asked her that I forgot to mention that I only want broccoli and no beef. She told me, “You don’t want mushrooms no more?” and I said, “No that ain’t my order, I asked spicy orange chicken.” I guess she got the wrong tray. She then added only chow mein and no rice (when I mentioned earlier that I wanted half and half, the other lady asked only chow mein and got my order confused again!!). I thought she was finishing the other lady’s tray since it had chow mein and orange chicken, but then I realized that she was doing my plate. I told her she got the wrong the order and she mumbled that I should have told her about it. She went back and added very little rice and spicy orange chicken. Literally my tray was half compared to what others got, which I didn’t care at that point. Once she was done with my tray, she handed it to me as she looked the other way all mad even though I said thank you. I never been to a place where they serve people out of order and especially placing the wrong items in the plate!! This could have been prevented if the place serves one person at a time. If the food items are not available, one can still wait in line as the servers call others who are ready to order if all the items they want is available. Read moreCustomer service was not it. I’ve worked in a restaurant before and the customer is always first especially when it comes to food. I usually never have a bad experience here until today. There were two ladies taking orders and we’re going through them nicely until they got to me and my brother. She was doing things all non-chalantly while we were waiting for her. And when she did get to us , she was dozing off, looking outside, and dropping food out of the tray. She then stopped in the middle of our order to answer the phone and argue with a customer on the line. There was the other lady not taking orders, which could’ve helped us or she could’ve given the call to her but she didn’t. After a while she kept arguing with the customer and the other lady took the phone from her so then she came to finish helping up, the. She grabbed the bag to pack our order and while opening it all slowly and non-chalantly, she walks to check on the other lady just to see what was going on. She then came back to pack our order and when she was putting the forks inside, one didn’t go in all the way and she pushed it in by the side with the teeth with the hand that she touched the phone with, not having washed her hands. If there had been another Chinese food place close by that I had the time to drive to I would’ve walked out when she was on the phone. Super unprofessional and unacceptable. Read moreI've been coming to this place for years since I've lived in colton its actually my favorite spot for Chinese food until my recent visit today, I think the original owners that operated it for years is under new management and the quality of food has gone down drastically with a price increase. Everything tasted like mush including the chicken which I've never ever experienced it's always been really good and crispy crunchy but now it just literally falls apart. Same with the chow mein its usually very thick and golden probably the best chow mein I've ever had but now the quality is very poor and extremely greasy. I was unsatisfied with my visit the only time but like I said it could be new owners, next time I'm not placing my order until I see the owner at the register she is amazing and friendly.
