Please read this review. I cannot express how disgusting and disappointed I am with this establishment. I was getting donuts and wanted to try this place out. Their reviews aren't the best but I was hungry lol. So I ordered by phone and waited in my car. I went in 15 minutes later and my food still wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready in 10. That's fine, I don't mind the wait time. The cashier was friendly and the placed looked clean. So I paid for the food but saw they carried tripa and decided to order one to see how it was since I LOVE TRIPA. Well.. I get in my car and I'm egar to try the taco and get in my car and get my taco out. AS SOON as I take the foil my taco A FOUL smell hits me. I WAS DISGUSTED and so disappointed. I know pork spoils fast so I didn't let that bother me too much. I was mad BUT I had more food and didn't let it get to me. Next, I open my torta. I will add, I asked for extra onion and lettuce and was yet again let down. There was littery NO ham in it. It just kept getting worse and WORSE. I seriously couldn't even finish my food. I paid around 50.00dollars for this and couldn't believe I had to throw it all out. Oh, and check out that service charge. I can't. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY...

I went to this restaurant this afternoon after having a long morning. I was greeted by kind workers. I ordered a burrito and four rolled tacos (Taquitos). I received my order and left. As I was driving home I opened up the taquitos and started to eat. On my third Taquito that I bit into I felt a sharp pain rush through the back tooth and realized I bit into a stick which was rolled into the taquito. I spit out the food and was grossed out. My body was shaking because this was something you do not expect when eating. I drove back to the restaurant and let them know what happened and gave them the plate with the stick and in return, they gave me money for the taquitos. What if I gave this to my daughter who waited in the car?What if this caused strangulation? What if a little child got a hold of this stick that I bit into? I’m really disgusted by this. Honestly the food was okay and could have been prepared better. I have attached my receipt below. When I asked for my bill I was little taken back by the price but I understand the economy and cost of goods and food rising but when I asked about the additional service charge my server couldn’t give me a reason and just said “I can remove it if you pay me cash”. I understand card processing machines have a fee but proper customer service would have been to inform me of the different options and scenarios for payment and explain it when I asked questions. Instead the server made it seem like a shady transaction over breakfast. Please train your employees so they don’t have to make customers feel uncomfortable over a simple explanation or break...
