Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Colton

I frequent this restaurant a lot. And I'm also homeless and come here to charge my phone often because they have or at least had outlets for people to use. Most of the time I'm not able to change my clothes or take a shower. A worker came up to me and told me that he has had multiple complaints from customers and asked me to eat outside after I order without ever telling me what the problem was when it was obviously probably me. In other times the same worker will pass by me and not say anything and let me eat in the restaurant. Also the one female worker told me after I ordered my food it's for takeout and I even went so far as to ask her why it was for takeout and she would literally not tell me why. If I'm causing a problem in the restaurant TELL ME..... Don't leave me second guessing why I was randomly asked to leave. I even had one of the workers check to make sure there was no one in the restaurant and then tell me that I should shave my face get a job and make myself look better. I was just standing there in shock cuz I can't believe the dude would say that to me as he was standing at his own job making his own money. Oh and the outlet thing. I have came in so many times to charge my phone and I came in here one day charge and I went to go plug my phone in and they covered all of the outlets with BLANKS... This is a corporation and I really don't think the workers are being affected by people, going to charge their phones. This is literally the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to in My Life.... And there was one day when I came in and smelt like absolute ass and saw somebody else get kicked out only cuz they didn't buy anything when they smelled perfect. The one lady was like it smells bad and I can't take it anymore....... IT WAS OBVIOUSLY ME BUT YOU DIDN'T KICK ME OUT ONLY BECAUSE I BOUGHT 20$ WORTH OF FOOd. The guy literally put me on blast and told me that I needed to get a job and shave my face and make myself look better the dude that literally works at this...

GROSS!!!! Rocio Caballero stated she was manger although she was not wearing a name tag, hair net or gloves when handling food. She would take the customer's payment weather it was cash or atm then touch the customer's food without washing or putting on gloves (pushing loose fries back into the container ;/ yuck) Was not greeted or acknowledged by either employee. Both where not properly equipped to handle food. When I started to complain about the situation Rocio walked away and told me she had paying customers to help. Well, to my understanding I'm a customer my husband bought fries just to use the restroom & never received them ( thank goodness)... it's unfortunate that during this time of state emergencies this location has been so neglectful. Be careful eating here they don't seem to care about others well being. She just laughed at me for bringing up what I noticed was not sanitary. With an empty parking lot and drive thru at 12:30pm you would think they would step it up a notch. BE...

I've come here twice and both times I have been greeted with the rudest customer service by this girl who says she is the manager, and her name being "Jennifer". Definitely needs to get fired or take better customer service classes as she is so rude! Once she seen me recording, so that I can have proof of how rude she is she quickly changed her attitude. She then denied me the food I had ordered just because I was recording the conversation between her and I. I understand there is not a lot of workers right now due to covid, but this fast food service, along with plenty others needs to do better in choosing who works for them. Customer service is some of the first things you learn upon getting these jobs, and being a rude ignorant person because you're tired of your pathetic life as a cashier is very unacceptable.
