I came in at 12:45 AM like I’ve always done—I’ve supported this business for years. I’ve spent money here consistently—but the older Asian woman working tonight was absolutely vile. Her attitude was judgmental, cold, and flat-out disgusting. She looked at me like I was beneath her, spoke with arrogance, and made me feel completely unwelcome in a place I’ve been loyal to for a long time.

Let me be clear: it’s not the business—it’s her. One bitter, ignorant person who doesn’t deserve to represent a late-night community spot like this. She acts like she hates the very people who keep this place alive.

She should be grateful that people still show up at night, especially in a small town like Colton. She clearly lacks the respect, empathy, and basic customer service required to be in that role. Honestly, she needs to be replaced or retrained. Until then, I’ll think twice before ever walking in again.

It’s a shame because I usually stop here for a ham and cheese croissant and a drink at the drive-thru after work. I’ve done dine-in too and never had an issue—until tonight. This was supposed to be a quick take-out trip, not a disrespectful encounter.

I came here last night around 12am and the older lady was very rude. She gave me and my family a dirty look when she opened the window to take my order and I am always so nice and friendly to everyone here. The tall thin guy is always so friendly and welcoming ! I wish he would attend me every time I come here because that lady made me feel so unwelcomed and not wanting to come back here. I have came here for years ever since they were at the other location and I even felt that she lied to me because I asked her for ice cream and she said they are not serving ice cream which had me confused because I never knew they stop selling ice cream at a certain time in the night. I just don’t understand why she doesn’t put herself in other peoples shoes and realize it’s such an uncomfortable feeling when she treats customers this way. I seen other reviews and other people feel the same way about her. She makes it seem like she’s racist or somthing. But to my people who feel this way about her too just know you’re not alone on this! I thought maybe it was just me and my family who felt this way by her but I see now it’s not. Like most Colton locals, I love this place! I was so happy when they reopened & it’s so nice! But tonight I was very disappointed. My husband & I are new exhausted parents. So when we had a moment to sneak out & get a late night craving/alone time we were so excited to come here. But once we came to the drive thru window we were met with a horrible rude experience.The older woman working seemed genuinely annoyed/angered at us for being a customer? Like she was so irritated taking our order & would slam the window shut. She was just straight up RUDE while we were still being nice despite her attitude.
