This is a horrible place to spend your hard earned money at the staff well let’s just say do you like it when your irresponsible think everything is a joke teenagers play games and tricks on you exactly the staff here are a bunch of 4 year olds with kfc badges made me wait for 45 minutes for cinnamon twists they don’t have any brains to tell customers when their out of something so you don’t order it the girl in the glasses says we’ll give us our chips and chees back then we give you cinnamon twists that I waited 45 min for that she was on break guess the manager is just as pathetic as her staff because I still had to wait another 15 min to get them after I gave them their chips cheese they were crying about so I guess these teenagers take a hour for lunch cause that how long it takes to get it and they always out of something and don’t tell you they just replace it with whatever they want these teenagers and elderly staff run them selves yelling laughing in there making jokes playing games not cooking as I waited a car pulled up there was no one on drive way and yet they took 30 min to bring their food out the lady tell me this is the last time I come here yeah I agree I give up telling all my daughters friends st high school not to go here either lil dyke in the glasses she thinks she funny they treat you like if your a thief all I want is what I paid for not what you want to throw at me I’m not a dog so do t treat me like one and for the manager you need to get a handle on your staff their I s a private owned franchise word of mouth is everything and social media makes it fun customer service 0 not a good reputation to have for your store this is not the first time either and your lil preschool children they get no stars your restraunt is pathetic with the sfaff you have it will just go down the tubes people don’t like to be treated that way not while paying for it they take their money elsewhere . Read moreI been disappointed twice in a short time by the service at two different KFC locations almost 40 miles apart. After many years of being a regular customer now when I see KFC signs it brings back the bad memories left from last two visits. I been a regular customer since 1981, when I had my first taste of KFC while I was going to school in southern England. Last visit was not about the food or food quality it was about the behavior of the employees who treat customers like their streets friends. Telling the customer to get the F out of this restaurant, if the customer doesn’t F out the restaurant, rest of employees and their friends including a youngster man 25-28 years old claiming to be the restaurant manager. All standing at my face one hand in pocket trying to kick me out of the restaurant after I refused to leave and asked for the manager. Finally I left consciously since one of the employees white, in the 20’s, Tall over 190lbs. He threatened me “Do you want me to clock out and see you out in the parking”. I am not 100% over this horrible experience and I know I will forget it and back in the line to get KFC. I have videos of the encounter and I would be happy to meet anyone from customer service (corporate office) and share with them my detailed experiences and videos. I am not looking for any monetary assistance or compensation I want one of my favorite restaurants to be in business for many years to come. Read moreI never leave reviews, but I just can't believe how bad this place is. We will go there and they will often be 'out of chicken'. It's Kentucky Fried CHICKEN, how are they always out of chicken? Besides this the service is just bad. We usually just let it go because they're the closest KFC to us, but after this latest experience I won't be going back. We ordered our food and sat down. After 20 minutes we went and asked about our order and they said "we'll start that right now". We could see them standing around and talking in the back. There were three people supposed to be working and none of them were working on an order. One would occasionally come take an order, but the other two were talking to each other and playing on their phones. After 15 more minutes, we asked again, and they said that they'll "start them right now". We waited for over 45 minutes total and they hadn't even started it. Only one person had gotten their food in that time, and it was a small order. We found out that some of our order had been done and sitting on the counter for 20 minutes (not all of it, just some of it) and they said they'd remake it, but at that point we just asked for a refund because we couldn't wait any longer. They did give us the old burritos and that just made it stranger. They weren't what we ordered, they weren't even anything on the menu. It was rice (that was hard like it had been out all day), shredded cheese, and a piece of KFC chicken. No sauce. No lettuce.
