Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Colton

I like Jack in the Box the one near by my house sometimes but the people that own it need to realize that they should hire people that are more experienced than the youngsters because they have more of an attitude because sometimes they make me feel that they don't want to work for Jack in the Box and it just makes me feel that they're just doing that just to make money that's all but there is other places in San Bernardino that they are good people that work really hard turn their keep at Jack In The Box and I really like that and I tried to go to places that have youngsters that are more cheerful and upbeat and always have a smile on their face in the end...

Clean inside and outside restaurant. Passive aggressive customer service not matter how good your mannerism and kindness, if you request an add on such as bacon you will be advised it is an extra charge in a sense of can you afford it? 60 cents does not hurt, not sure how people don't already know this charge but given the area I wouldn't doubt it. Will receive an attitude for ordering an add on/extra, and check your meals! You might be missing food, such as if you order a burger with fries and drink, you will only get the burger and drink. Check...

Ordered online thinking it would be faster. It wasn't. The only employee working the register, was on his break...in the Lobby.

After waiting 20 minutes past my order time, the worker finally asks me if I'm waiting for something, to which I finally get my order.

After getting home, midway through our meal, my wife finds a maggot/worm in her chicken sandwich. Not only that, but a sticker on the bottom of the bun of the same sandwich.

Do yourself a favor, and never come to this jack. Completely...
