Its Boba Time Colton — Restaurant in Colton

I’ve been going to Boba time in Colton since they opened. I live a few blocks away. My family and I we love their drinks. I’m big in customer service and sadly this place doesn’t have that. I order all the time do an online order and pick up. Well you would think we would get greeted first of all and second receive my drinks as soon as I walk in the door, well that doesn’t happen. I stood there for good 5 minutes and several workers just doing things, fixing straws, getting orders ready, talking to each other and no employee acknowledges you. One of the employee had to stop making drinks to come and help me, because the other employee getting the orders ready couldn’t assist me mind you he had my order and he put it away. That happens all the time I pick up my order. That’s great that the owner gives our young people opportunity to work and learn. I think there should be more training in customer service. Everything about this place is amazing the macaroons which they have many different flavors to choose from. My friend and I unfortunately ordered a six pack and ate all of them in one sitting lol. They were that good to be completely honest with you. The boba was super delicious and not too sweet, which is always in the back of my mind when it's extremely sweet. It's not good for me since it hurts My stomach. The staff are super attentive and give recommendations if you don't know what you want which is pretty neat. The owner Richard even came out and introduced himself to us which I was definitely not expecting. I’m disappointed, first time trying this place. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as good as others. I was the first to walk in the door, 8 people after my order received there’s and I was the last to get mine which took just under 20 minutes. Nonetheless, my order was very simple, the Mango Tea was bitter no flavor at all and the only thing that was tasty inside that drink was the jelly boba. I will not be returning as a customer.
