Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Colton

I placed an online order which I had delivered. When I opened one of the pizza boxes, the pizza was burned on top and bottom. I called the store and talked to Rose who said she was the Manager. She had somewhat of an attitude and told me that ALL the pan pizzas are dark due to cooking time. Mine was not just dark, it was REALLY dark! She said she would have another one sent out and the burned one picked up. When the second one arrived, it was a little dark but not at all like the first one so I accepted it. When my Mom took a slice and started eating it, there was a long hair in it! Yeck! I didn't call back because of the manager's attitude the first time. I just cut my losses and threw the pizza in the trash! I will not be ordering pizza...

STAY AWAY! If I could give this place 0 starts I would! A few months ago my sister and I ordered two pizzas , now the pizzas had seals on them. First pizza fine, greasy, a little undercooked, second pizza A COCKROACH POPPED OUT OF THE BOX!!! couldn’t catch it and ran under our fridge . Never ever in our 7 years in our apartment have we EVER had cockroaches. We bought traps the next day to hopefully kill it. NOPE. Now we have an infestation. We’ve reached out to Papa John’s and they admitted no fault. Either their kitchen is dirty or their drivers car! I have photos of the countless dead roaches in our apartment now and the eggs it laid. If I could give a zero I would. Worst experience ever! The manager this evening, Sam, so he says, not sure that’s true, needs additional training. Had an issue with pizza delivery tonight. 25 min late. Had this been Dominos, I am sure I would have experienced much better customer service. Unfortunately, the Rialto location is closed so I was routed to this location. Will NEVER give this location my business ever again. This location does not expect their drivers to have gps. Huh?? Doesn’t everybody have gps? Nope, come to find out. Long story short, order your pizza from any other business.....domino’s, Pizza Hut, graziano’s, dahlias, mountain Mike’s.... you...
