Placed a mobile order for in store pick up and the doors were locked when i got there. The drive thru was about 15-20 cars deep as usual w this Starbucks location so that wasn't a viable option. Called to cancel the order and was told store policy doesn't allow phone cancelations and the only way to cancel was to go into the store w proof of my order on the app. The worker also noted that the doors are locked at 9pm. I placed a mobile order the previous day and picked it up IN the store at 9:10 pm so that leads me to believe they lock the doors when they feel like it. If you post your operating hours are until 11:30 pm but you lock the doors at 9pm or whatever time you decide on any given day...why is the mobile app not configured to ONLY allow drive thru pick up when that's the only option you truly have available. About the only thing you can count on with this location is a long wait. This location has the worst wait time which is why the order ahead is a good option unless it's anytime near 9 or 9:30...which is it? I had the worst and most unpleasant experience today. I was on my way back from a trip to Palm Springs with my parents. I tried to wake up and have decided to drink coffee at Starbucks. The female employee at the counter made the person wait for over 5 minutes when we asked for the toilet password. The toilet was very dirty and not cleaned properly. I ordered coffee and donuts, but she didn't give me the donuts I ordered and just chatted with other employees for more than 10 minutes. Why did she ask my name when ordering? Even though she wrote my name on the cup, she just threw the finished coffee on the pick-up counter and didn't even call my name, so the coffee got cold. It was a very embarrassing and unpleasant experience. If there was an award for the worst Starbucks employee, she would win that award. You who humiliated me today! Please do...

So I made my order and the cashier was very nice and kind I paid my drink with the gift card and the other stuff with my money which I only had 100 bucks the cashier nicely told me they don’t accept 100 bills so I apologized and she said she would asked the manager. On the other hand the manager gave me a rude look from the moment she was walking over to give me the change there was another employee just leaning in the counter on her phone giving me dirty looks and complaining that there where more cars coming on the drive way like complaining they where getting more customers. The manager gave me my change and said it was the last time she would change a 100 bill and I understand that but she said it in a rude way and the employee in the counter keept giving me dirty looks.
