I ordered a loaded baked potato and I found a gem in it? The workers said it was fat meat or the potatoe. It was something BLACK (SHE SAID BROWN) I KNOW MY COLORS, but anyways , it was mushy and no texture of meat and cartilage, no sign of a piece of meat, it could have been a portion of a rotten potatoe, but she gave every excuse. She said "I don't know what you want me to say but it sounds like you want me to say what you want me to say" , I was like WHAT???? !!! OK so I go back and forth with her, she said it was mushy fatmeat 😳She even said she had to call the owner. She called the owner and he said he couldn't come to the restaurant , why should you have to go to the restaurant??? You should be able to make an executive decision yourself, customers first. When I walked in and told her my complaint, she should have been in the position to say would you like another one or your money back! By the time I went back and forth with her, I told her I didn't want my money back nor a new potato ( she did offer my money back at the end) I said no. I just say, things happen, but own up to your rotten potatoe fatmeat or what ever that was in my food. I asked her if she would eat it and she jumped all over the question without a simple yes or no until the end of the conversation. She was getting smart ( but dumb) . People if you could have heard the conversation I had with the young lady that works there, you would have been like WOOOOOW!!! Everybody says how good the food is, maybe it is to some but for me it was horrible all the way around , I was afraid of all kinds of things I was thinking about after eating this thing that was unidentifiable . Customer service : she was nice at first when I first purchased the food, when I came back to show her the food, she implied I wanted her to say what I wanted her to say was in the food. Not true. Okay, just ate here let me start off with the environment was friendly and I was treated well, but when I was served my food this was when the experience changed for me. The chicken tasted good 👍 took my first bite of the taco, and it was delicious. The shell was good onions, and salso complimented the Pollo well. That was the end of the good experience. The rice was dry, and overcooked beans were gritty in texture, so it didn't taste good eaten alongside the tacos. I also got a single asada taco as part of my plate, I took one bite and spit it out immediately because it tasted like a hamburger that went bad. I threw out the rest of my meal because I was disgusted at that point. I was asked if I enjoyed my meal and I mentioned the bad meat and all I got was I'm sorry and have a good day. I will not be returning and don't recommend taking a gamble on bad meat, I will not how ever friendly this interaction was nothing was offered to reconcile the situation even though I have no plans to return and take a chance getting food poisoning it would have been polite to offer a refund or possibly to correct the bad food 🤔

I came to try this place based on the good reviews they had , food looked good. I spent $60 for the most terrible food I've ever had . I ordered a wet chile verde burrito GROSSS no flavor btw they put potatoes in their chile verde I've never seen that my burrito had pure fat and potatoes no meat and they use whole hard beans for their food .
