Roll Em Up Taquitos — Restaurant in Colton

First time here with the family we were excited to go but very disappointing. Spent almost $60. The cashier told us it would be 15-20 minute wait which was fine with us. We sat down and started sweating no AC it was so hot. We waited and waited saw people coming and going other people were waiting for a while as well. We wasted 45 minutes. I finally went up to tell them about our order the girl "checked" and started doing something else. I told her again and the whole team just looked lost, 5 employees were looking at the screen trying to figure the order. I spoke to the manager and asked if we could just get our money back. She claimed that they did our order but is not sure what happened to it. I walked out and my husband stayed to deal with it. She could not find the recipe to do the refund, my husband showed her ours. Until finally she found it and did the refund. She gave my husband an order of taquitos. Which is the least they could do. Hopefully the get more organized because it does look like a nice...

I'm not sure what taquito place all these people who rated a 5star went to but man...these guys must not get out much or eat out at all haha. This place is over priced...I give the taquitos a 3 out of 10 maybe a 4...but I was not surprised. I ordered the 5pack which is only 5 taquitos topped with sour cream, Guacamole and cheese...not even some topped salad or tomatoes...for over $12. No drink or anything else just the taquitos which lacked in flavor I got one of each which was 1 shredded beef which wasn't cooked all the way...1 cheese 1 potato 1chicken and forget the last but it all lacked in flavor to be honest. You'd probably be happier with the tacos truck that parks at the liquor store little bit further down on valley just before the del taco on valley and rancho...or manuelitas north on rancho on citrus I think. Sorry but I wouldn't go again unless everything else in the area is closed and I don't feel like...

Food is not bad but not good for the price. There signature sauce is heavy, and it is the only sauce they offer complimentary. Which is why the money adds up fast when you order. For such a small portion. It came up to almost 20$ for 3 toquitos, rice and a small side of corn.... 😅. I ordered this for my wife. I do like heat on my food. But had no idea their Hot is too hot. 🔥. They need a sign that says extremely hot. Took 3 bites could not continue wayyy to spicy. Asked if they could remake it with normal or mild sauce instead. They had told me that because I confirmed the meal that they were unwilling to remake it. That sucked. Because I spent 20$ on their nachos and inevitably ended up throwing it away. Bc it was really drenched in that thick spicy sauce more so then the queso sauce 😆. I won't be coming back. But it's always a joy to try new places...
