I went through the drive-through to pick up an order that was made through the mobile app. When I arrived to the window, I was met by a hostile, argumentative and aggressive gentleman working at the drive-through window. He told me to drive to the front because the person behind me had a smaller order and my order was not done yet. They would bring my order to the front. I’ll let him know that I I did not feel comfortable in the front of the restaurant, and I would like to wait in the drive-through as I did press pick up my order from the drive-through or give me a refund. He refused. He began to argue with me, walk OUTSIDE the restaurant, yell at me, threaten to call the police and take pictures of me. I would really hope that this encounter can be addressed. I asked for a refund and A receipt but he refused to give me either. Very dangerous situation. I am a women. What did he walk outside of the restaurant for? I went back, and a nice younger guy apologized about what happened and that a team leader or manager would refund me. Hispanic manager Iredes or Iraides was her name I believe. She just asked me what was wrong with the sandwhich looking upset. I told her to take a look and she said "No, what's wrong with the sandwhich?", I told her and she just walked away to refund me and no apology for what happened or anything.
