Pleased beyond words.. portobello always so tasty. The staff is really quick and precise. They were slammed with orders for delivery yet they still got ours out fast, plus they have drive thru. Its super clean and omgosh the lemon limeade is so refreshing and tangy with a perfect sweetness and lip pucker lol... ty for everything.. especially great customer care... omg I got the brunch sandwich and omgosh I can't explain the party that went on in my mouth. The best breakfast sandwich ever.... no lie... best ever the mix of flavors was beyond any expectations I may of had. That sunny egg made it so perfect... ty ty ty
As of Nov 1st 22 The staff is lazy, rude, lackadaisical, not understanding, don't check ppls drive thru orders. While we were ordering the girl rolled her eyes because my elderly mom wasn't ordering fast enough. Walked away from the register after my mom was done ordering. Ok what about the order I wanted to place.
We got our food and as we sat there my mom's burger wasn't sliding apart it was falling apart. Multiple customers walked in and returned they're order because whoever gave the order to the customer didn't check it, or it must of been the same girl we had because she originally didn't have the hamburger down we were ordering.. she changed it on her own. We had to have it fixed . Anyway 3 ppl at the least in a 30 min dine in experience walked in highly irritated.
Then I bought a less fortunate dinner, they knew it and tried kicking him out. I said he's got food coming he's a customer. The manager retracted if that's who he was.
If so he didn't have the respect from his crew at all. They stood around, walked around, and when busy slapped some food together.
Not sure why he couldn't be as serious when it comes customer service, being polite, kind, helpful and so on. I didn't fill out their applications. It a job. Not free for all a$$holes who are entitled brats. If ur gonna be a shift lead, supervisor or manager then look up the required details of the job. If ur gonna be a csr then learn customer service etiquette. But don't worry not many ppl were that happy with ur location. I'm calling ur corporate office today. Ur location is not at all in a shape to run. No ice out front. Give attitude because u don't want to refill the machine, and get another one because I need u to fill it up. I love habit, it is delicious, close to my house and it out shines any other fast food in this particular area. They truly know how to make a GOOD burger with grilled onions. Tempura green beans are INSANELY DELICIOUS. They experiment & add new items to the menu pretty often which can be hit or miss but still is nice to see variety. Basically something for everyone! The BAD: As I said it is close to my house...BUT there have been SEVERAL times to where I'll come to get food & drive thru is CLOSED (@10:35 they aren't supposed to close until 11!?!) Very rude, he had to remake it because it wasn't made correctly 🙄 he remade it was soaked with oil... ended up wanting my refund, they refused!... then proceeded to give me EXPIRED burger coupons.
