I had a really disappointing experience at this Wendy’s today. I ordered a burger and was told they didn’t have the usual cheese. I asked what cheeses they did have, and the manager told me: nacho cheese, asiago, and “the one that comes on the Crispy Crunch sandwich.” I said I’d like the one from the Crispy Crunch (which I later realized is pepper jack), but instead, they gave me my burger with nacho cheese.
I brought it back and explained the mistake. The manager took the burger and added a slice of pepper jack, but it wasn’t melted—it was just a cold slice of cheese sitting on a lukewarm burger. When I pointed this out, she told me, “That cheese doesn’t come melted,” and said there was nothing she could do to melt it. When I asked for a refund, she refused and showed me a slice of the cheese like that somehow proved her point. I even suggested placing the patty and cheese on the grill—something they do for American cheese—but she wasn’t interested in making it right.
Eventually, she seemed to microwave the burger, and I just took it and left. Honestly, the whole interaction was uncomfortable. It’s wild to me that the manager didn’t know the name of the cheese, refused to melt it, and didn’t offer any real resolution. Definitely not the kind of service I expect...
Read moreI don't expect a full on conversation during my order or when I pull up to pay but a hello before you tell me how much my order is should be standard operating service. I worked at McDonald's and I at least greeted people with a Hi when they pulled up to pay.
Didnt seem like there were enough people or no one knew what they were doing. Handing my card back with no recipet after I asked for one, my food shoved into my hands, and they forgot my kids frosty with his meal. I called to inquire about it (because it was late and my child was hungry so I left to go home and eat) and was hung up on. Not once but TWICE.
I've been here multiple times and prefer it over McDonald's and never have been treated with way in a drive thru. At any establishment for that matter.

Read moreExcellent customer service. The inside was pretty dead. I would say two customers came in aside from us while eating but the drive through appeared to be slammed. The staff were hustling. But that didn't effect the cleanliness or service provided.
This Wendy's had a fireplace when you first walked in. The gal behind the register immediately addressed us. Awesome. She was kind through the order and the food was prompt.
The seating area, choose-your-own-flavor drink dispensers, counters and floors were spotless. The manager, a young Hispanic gentleman, was polite and efficient. He checked on us and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing shy of incredible. Excellent in any restaurant. Astonishing in a fast food...
