McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbia City

This was literally the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had and I'm pretty old. When I pulled up to the drive-thru there was a high school age girl on the hood of the vehicle in front of me on her stomach laughing and giggling and kicking her legs she was allowed to continue to do this up until the window where something transpired but I did not see however this situation turned this entire McDonald's upside down and they could barely function it was like watching Anchorman when the monitors went out! The boy on the headset tried to apologize but it was out of his hands at this point and the manager should have been at the window and taking orders at that point the whole situation was completely out of control he couldn't get my order right for the life of him I speak very clearly and enunciate properly and what I ordered was not that big of a deal. I had a buy one get one sandwich coupon and he ended up charging me full price stating he thought the paper I handed him had to do with the free fry Fridays I didn't even order fries he was paying zero attention to the situation at hand I let that boy know he was in over his head and that he needed a manager to step in right now she stepped in with a huge attitude and proceeded to refund me the $2 and some change that was the mistake and then proceeded to shut the window she did not offer an apology for my inconvenience a drink a little order of freeze or anything to compensate for them dropping the ball and then treating me like I was an inconvenience as I am an employee for McDonald's I was appalled at this entire situation that was even made worse by a second manager who informed me she had just clocked in at 10:00 in the evening if corporate sees this I do hope you go and talk to...

As a truck driver, I've been to McDonald's all over the Midwest, meaning Indiana. Ohio, Michigan and I get the same thing for breakfast. Any McDonald's? I get a sausage, Greek muffin with egg and a medium coffee every other McDonald's. I stopped at the total cost of the bill is 705. But yet you come to the one in Columbia City and they rip you off for 50 cents more so that would venture to tell me that they're probably ripping you off all across their menu at this particular McDonald's. So if I were you, I would choose not to stop at this McDonald's and run their business in the ground. To see that it closes because I don't see any reason for a price change when other McDonald's that I have been to is a different price. And I don't get ripped off. By the way, management don't bother sending the reply. Because I really don't want to hear your lame excuses, keep your comments to yourself. Because I really don't care. You are a worthless, McDonald's. You deserve to be shut down. Furthermore, the cashier that checked me out. Her name was Amanda was kind of a sarcastic little winch. I would definitely indicate that she made sure. There was coffee grounds in the bottom of my coffee, so customers beware. You may no, you may want to stay away from here. Absolutely the worst McDonalds we ever been in !!!!! It was filthy dirty. All the tables were dirty except one we could not use them but benches behind the tables were filthy full of dirt and all the cracks we waited 20 minutes on our order the kitchen was absolutely filthy. Fries grease everything on the floor underneath the fryers around the the server door the glass had never been cleaned in the last week at least

the high chair at the table with filthy tray and food on the table and under the tray under the table under the high chair the outside trash cans were full. The food was terrible the fries were tough the fish sandwich was cold the hot chocolate I think they use the wrong chocolate taste terrible everyone was complaining everybody wanted their money back because they had to wait so long the place needs a new face on the in side and close down to be cleaned up and they need more help. If it doesn't happen I will call the Board. There were 12 cars in double roll at the drive-thru some of them were trying to get out of line to leave. The manager was bad shape shirttail out pants dragging the floor on several of the people working not enough help in the kitchen and the manager did not even seem to care.
