Pizza King — Restaurant in Columbia City

Ordered food on 9-1-2021 and was coming from Huntington so even though the server said she could have it ready by 1:50 pm, I told her we were about about 35-40 minutes away so she could take her time and we agreed on 2:10 pm! We actually arrived earlier than expected so from the parking lot I called and said we got here earlier, was there any way to get the food sooner? Instead of being annoyed with me, which she had every right to be, she was very kind and said she’d hurry to get it done! We ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza, Stromboli and 2 Sausage Roll Wraps! EVERYTHING was so amazing. The pizza has so many toppings all cooked perfectly! The sausage roll wraps taste better than any we’ve had and are HUGE! Same goes for the Stromboli! So on my last order, I'm pretty sure they charged me $2+ for light onion as well (already has it), this time I caught the over charge and they had to cancel and redo the order, then added extra cheese for another charge of $2+ but once I signed and looked, only about half of the pizza actually has any cheese. The guy on the phone stated that's how corporate wants it done and it's on the bottom but you can literally see the crust on half the pizza. Checked the bottom of the box, just to be safe, and it wasn't there either, seems like I got played on this one. Wish I could post a pic but there doesn't seem to be the ability to do that. Very disappointed and just hope my payment is correct once it clears and there isn't a double charge. I love how on the bottom of the receipt they calculate "Suggested Gratuity" as well. Worst Service Ever - wish we had read recent reviews first because nothing has changed since they were written.

Walked into what seemed to be pick up door for carry out orders and asked if we could dine in and seat ourselves (so we were acknowledged by someone). Sat in booth (myself, husband and 4 year old) and waited for waiter. Waiter walked past us to the back. Another couple came in and sat in a different booth. Waiter came out and took their order, not even acknowledging us. Other table received their food and drinks before our order was taken (Nearly an hour after being here). By the time our food arrived, the other couple was already leaving. Management was witnessed just playing on phone as well.

Server name on receipt was Elijah. Food was good but this looks very poor on Pizza King. Very...
