The drive through has gone downhill. Had an employee turn my blizzard upside down, (their procedure) dropped the blizzard in the window opening. Accidents happen. She looked up at me while stuffing the icecream back in the cup, and politely asked if I would like a new one. I said, "yes please". I watch the cup go back to the order counter and get scrubbed down with napkins and brought back to me. She brings it back to the window and I ask, "Is that a new blizzard or the same one cleaned up?" She replies, "It's the same one cleaned up, would you like a new one? And we're still waiting on your wraps" I replied, "Yes, please. I'll pull forward and wait." A very short time later my wraps and blizzard arrive at my window. She politely hands me my items and asks if there is anything else I needed. I look over the receipt and let her know I have everything and told her to have a great night. I get down the road and inspect the blizzard yo verify it is correct and right away notice it is only 3/4 full and the first one was over the top of the cup. Oh well at least this one is clean......Wrong. I pull the spoon out and notice blonde strands of what appeared to be hair. I pull the car over and grab them to verify that they were not strands of the plastic spoon or lid. I really wish I could take pictures and post them to this review. I am disappointed and disgusted. 5/11/19 7:40:07 PM...

The ice cream can be hit or miss; sometimes, it’s the perfect creamy treat, and other times, it’s a little too icy or melts too fast. The Blizzards are usually solid, but every now and then, they skimp on the mix-ins, which is a letdown. The service varies depending on the location and time of day—some visits are quick and friendly, while others feel like you're waiting in line for an eternity.
As Dr. Ian Malcolm said in Jurassic Park, “Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.” That’s kind of how I feel about some of their seasonal flavors—just because you can make a pumpkin spice Blizzard doesn’t mean you should. But hey, if you’re craving a soft-serve cone or a nostalgic trip through the drive-thru, DQ...
Read moreI spend almost 25 dollars on 2 meals. The 4 piece basket: The fries were not done, i could tell they were taken out of the fryer before the timer was up. The chicken was old and hard, it was not burnt but you could tell they it had been sitting under a heater for awhile. Lastly, the gravy was brown and burnt. The burger meal: On the burger there was so much mustard on the burger it was horrid. The fires were just the same as the chicken basket undercooked. I have worked at a Dairy Queen and I know the cook times and the food protocols, and I suggest that you guys take a good look at this store and put it under new management and weed out the employees. Since obviously they do not care about customers nor your business....
