Pizza Man — Restaurant in Columbia Heights

On 1/19/18, I was charged for one of the worst experiences of my life..... I ordered online, TRYING THIS LOCATION......NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I got a call back 20 minutes after my order stating that they did not have the food that I ordered, and that there was nothing they could do for me except refund my money in 5-7days and give me a 8 dollar credit under my name. When I asked to speak to a manager was told none was there.but they would have them call me back. By the way I was sent some subpar spaghetti to cover what I ordered, not happy. The next day, I called back to explain what happened, was told that a manager would call me back and was sent some dry rib tips. I called back the next by this time the transaction has cleared my credit card, and I notice not only has the money plus the 20% tip been taken out of my account but also the 8.00 credit given to me was taken as well.. I finally get a guy telling he was the manager on the line who Lies and tells me the money will be refunded to my card in around 5 days WELL, NOW IT IS 2/6/18, AND NOT ONE CENT HAS BEEN REFUNDED!!!! AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW, I GET A CALL BACK FROM THE STORE, ASKING IF I EVER GOT THE REFUND, I TOLD THEM ,NO I DID NOT. HE TELLS ME THAT HE IS GOING TO TALK TO THE OWNER TO FIND OUT WHAT HE WANTS TO DO. HOW ABOUT REFUND THE ORIGINAL 25.87 AT THE VERY LEAST? THEY KNOW THAT THE REFUND NEVER WENT THROUGH ON THEIR END. THE GUY ON TOLD THEY WANT TO MAKE SURE I DON'T GET REFUNDED TWICE...........WHAT THE HECK? IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY REFUNDED 1/19/18.... IT IS NOW 2/9/18......I NEVER GOT REFUNDED ONCE. STOP WITH THE LIES, YOU GUYS SUPER SUCK AND I SEE THAT MORE THAN 1 PERSON SINCE I POSTED HAS HAD HORRIBLE EXPERINCES WITH YOU...... Sorry to say that puzza mans pizza is the worst pizza ever. Every time i order from tbere its over done or burnt. They either burn the cheese or the crust or both. And i akways have to return them. They seem to be getting worst every time i order. And last night i ordered a large special with with pepper roni, sausage, green peppers, onions, green and blk olives and mushrooms. When it arrived the crust was burnt blk. I was so discusted , fusterarated, and disappointed, i didnt even call back to return it, its in tbe trash. I personal will never order from pizza man again nor will will i recomman your pizza to anyone else. I will go up the street to little cesars , for the price i paid pizza mani zhould be able to get a half way decent pizza. i can get much better pizza at little cesars and twice as many pizzas.i may have to go pick it up myself , but it will save me the furstration , money , and a tip, plus i will be sure to get a great pizza thats not burnt. You need to either train your employees on making pizza , or tell tbem to stop playing around while they are supose to be working and watch the pizzas they have in tbe oven so they dont burn. I dont even kniw how you guys can let a pizza like the one i ordered even go out to a customer. I mean that puzzas whole curst was burnt blk, like char coal. Thats totally unacceptable. Tbere most deffinatly needs to be some retaining done on how you mame a pizza. Again , im sorry to say you guys have the worst pizzas ever. What happened is my question? Ordered a pizza half pepperoni and the other half, sausage, spicey hamburger and Canadian bacon. Pizza delivery was to be 45 min to a hour. It arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes. It had NO pepperoni and was a full sausage, spicey hamburger and Canadian Bacon. I called immediately. I had to repeat 2 times what my problem was. I was put on hold for 5 minutes waiting for a manager. I had to explain to the manager 3 times what was wrong with my pizza. I was told to check the tag and be sure I had ordered correctly and that it was the right address. I explained I had done that. I was told the would remake the pizza and redeliver it but I would need to return the initial pizza I recieved. Problem- my husband had already eaten some of it before we discovered it was wrong. I was told that I could order another pizza. I explained I was not interested in waiting another hour and paying for another pizza when they made the mistake. I was told they would be willing to refund me $7.00 on a $25.00 mistake. Other pizza places have refunded full price OR made the correct pizza and delivered it. I used to enjoy this Pizzaman. Last 3 experiences have been less then stellar. I will NOT be giving them another chance and I will nolonger...
