Horrible, horrible customer service. I went through the drive through and asked if they had certain flavors. I asked if they had cookies and cream to which the answer was no. I asked if they had mint chocolate chip, the answer was no. So then I asked what flavors we did have to choose from, and I was answered with, "You're gonna have to wait on that answer unless you want to come in.".
First of all, I don't understand the point of having a drive through if you cannot order ice cream through it. If you want people to come in, don't have a drive through option for Baskin Robbins.
Second, why are there no flavors shown on the drive through menu? That makes no sense.
Third, if the menu does not list the flavors, employees should be prepared to tell the customer what flavors they do have instead of making a snide comment because they are too lazy to check.
I didn't realize getting ice cream was such a big deal. It was not worth upsetting this grouchy employee any more, so...
   Read moreWalked in at 3pm with the kids after school for a last day of school treat and the employees were lounging in one corner with 2 other people while the rest of all the chairs were shoved up in front of the ordering counters. They had apparently cleaned the floors but everything was dry.
Several ice cream flavors were empty and out of stock, employees didnât seem to care about anything.
Ice cream tubs were gummy on top and looked nasty. One kid ordered a banana split and the two employees never made it, just stared at us while other customers looked at the dilapidated ice cream selection. I had to move the chairs out from in front of the ice cream display for other customers to see. It appears as though the employeeâs friends were the other ones sitting in the corner⌠Just lounging, not eating or buying anything just taking up the only space to sit.
Pitiful demonstration of business practice.

The last THREE times I have came here they have said the supplier truck either broke down or they were waiting on their supply to arrive and they only had 3 or 4 weird fruity flavors left. On top of that everyone that works there is rude. If they consistently only have 3 or 4 flavors when the brand is supposed to have 31 then they clearly need to re-evaluate and change their supplier or trucking company because this is unacceptable. And if theyâre going to be okay with repeatedly disappointing customers with never having ice cream when theyâre an ICE CREAM SHOPPE then they need to at least hire nicer employees to break the news.
