Meat and rice is good, however the sides... Not so much. Or rather the macaroni is like a pasta salad which is okay but underwhelming and unanticipated which is on us not them. We also ordered the fried spam which came wrapped in plastic wrap and looked to be reheated in the plastic wrap (I could be wrong). If that is the case, I don't like heating plastic with food because of the whole plastic chemicals exposure to the food being released by heat. Again I could be wrong about that. Secondly, it tasted mostly like seaweed and a minimal taste of the fried spam. If that is the objective of that dish then it is something that I wouldn't get again, but glad i tried just to try. If this was a result of it being premade and sitting in plastic wrap for a while and therefore overexposure of the seaweed wrap causing everything to smell and taste like it (think of a banana sitting next to other food in a bag for days) then I am a little disappointed in that. Again, if that was the goal then I suppose they hit the nail on the head and it is just not for me. Might as well just had seaweed and rice and get it cheaper.

For the overall price, I think it is overpriced. Unless the meat they use is local, grass fed, and organic. I say this because I feel like there is a disproportionate amount of meat/side to rice ratio. With that being said, I have been told multiple times that I put too much rice with my dishes personally and they put my ratios to shame. By weight it is probably 8 parts rice, 2 parts side, and 1 part meat.

They give a ton of rice! SO some might like that and some might not. If you like to have left over rice for a couple of days after you finish with the meat and sides you would definitely have plenty to spare as we had about 3 extra cups of rice which we used as sides to other meals (which is a plus... again... if you like leftover rice).

All in all the workers were polite, informative, and helpful. The inside was nice and mostly clean (our kids made most of the mess I am sure).

Jacob at Hawaiin Bros is an exceptional employee who goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers requests. He was beyond helpful in assisting me in choosing a dish that I endes up absolutely adoring since I had never been here before. He patiently guided me through all of the options available to me in an expedited manner, without leaving any stone unturned. Kind and courteous & above all an exceptional ability to execute customer service the "old fashioned way" at its finest. At one point, a to-go box leaked on me while I was attempting to place it in the plastic to-go bag and he was automatically offering me a wet rag in order to reduce the chance of staining on my outfit. Thoughtful, sincere, and above all showing the highest form of sincerity when it comes to customer interactions. You can tell he loves his job, adores the food options provided and is extremely knowledgeable of all of the products available. I couldnt help myself from highlighting his excellence as I hope it gets to someone above in management or higher and hopefully The Hawaain Bros Management will consider this young man for a pay raise at minimum and chances for advancement in the company as soon as they come available. Customer service like this is rare so hold onto this gem of an employee and treat him well because you will be hard pressed to find another like him anytime soon...and beyond. Way to go Jacob! The food was fantastic, but the main reason I will return to this establishment was Jacob's exceptional...

Absolutely mind-blowing! Nick at Hawaiian Bros is a customer service superstar—scratch that, a LEGEND. From the moment you walk in, it’s like he rolls out a metaphorical red carpet made of aloha spirit. Nick isn’t just taking orders; he’s orchestrating an experience. His energy? Off the charts. His smile? Brighter than the Hawaiian sun.

The way he explains the menu is like poetry—suddenly, I’m not just ordering a plate of food; I’m embarking on a culinary journey. Need a recommendation? Nick’s got you covered with the precision of a master sommelier, but for Hawaiian plate lunches. He’s the type of person who makes you believe that yes, you absolutely do deserve extra Mac salad today.

And don’t even get me started on how he checks in to make sure everything is perfect. Who does that with such genuine enthusiasm? Nick, that’s who. Honestly, if they ever made a Mount Rushmore for hospitality, Nick’s face would be front and center. Hawaiian Bros, you better keep this guy around because he’s the real deal. Aloha vibes? More like ALOHA PERFECTION. Give this man a raise and...

I have been waiting for this HB to open for over a year! I think their advertising team hates me at this point because I spammed every one of their posts with questions about the columbia location 🤣 they even put my Instagram handle in one of their ads! So obviously, I pulled in to try it opening day! Overall it's the HB I know and love from when I visited in Kansas City! My only complaint was that I was given really unripe or just poorly cut pineapple, and I think 1.50 for three chunks of pineapple is kinds insane. Luckily the staff was ontop of it and gave me a new skewer of pineapple, so it isn't affecting my rating. But overall the food to money ratio is pretty solid and very filling. I usually get a small meal because of how filling it is! I love the pulled pork! The chicken is always great too! :) I absolutely love that this is a healthier "fast food" option compared to anything else. Will be back!

It was my first time at this Hawaiian bros location. I was met at the door and greeted by multiple staff as they made sure I knew how to use the kiosks. I had a free meal card and I was able to use it here, but there was a little bit of a technical difficulty with checkout and because of the free meal card so my order took a couple more minutes than usual. Because of the “wait” (like 5 minutes max), one of the workers wearing an orange mask was nice enough to give me a free drink and was super apologetic. She also made sure I had everything I needed, sauces, silverware and napkins! Service is great here!! Definitely recommend :)

Our Togo pick-up experience at Hawaiian Bros was truly outstanding, thanks to Melissa's warm and efficient service. From the moment we arrived, Melissa greeted us with a friendly "aloha" and promptly handed us our order. The food itself was a culinary delight, with each bite bursting with the delightful flavors of Hawaii. The portion sizes were generous, and the quality was exceptional. The entire process, from ordering to pickup, was seamless and hassle-free. Without a doubt, this was a remarkable 10/10 dining experience, and we can't wait to return for more of Hawaiian Bros' delicious offerings!
