Hooligans Pub & Eatery — Restaurant in Columbia Township

Came with a party of 15. Which of 6 was kids. They sat us down … after 10/15 minutes we had to ask someone if we can get menus because no one acknowledged us they sat us and then left. The server was very mean and just had a negative attitude. We waited over an hour for our food. We got seated at the table 5:45 we didn’t eat till 7:15 ish. Then when the food came out it wasn’t even hot 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ she never checked in through out this hour asked if we needed a refill or anything just gone. Table asked for 2 baskets of fried pickles for appetizers while we wait on food we received one basket and then got the other basket 45 minutes later with the rest of the food. Worse experience ever! I don’t know if they can’t handle big parties but not to mention it was NO OTHER TABLES IN THERE! If this was the service we received with no one in the restaurant I can only imagine the service if it was busy! I spend $61 there and I feel like I just threw money away it was not well spent at all! Never will be back on yeaa then after we waited and hour for our food they forgot my daughter fries! They took so long to bring out the fries I said we will just take it to go and give me my check! And this is a summary of the experience not everything I could tell. Do i recommend this place ??...

I order from this restaurant quite frequently and get it delivered. The last few times I have ordered from here, the lady (or ladies) who answers the phone has been so rude, unprofessional, and just seemingly miserable with the job. She's very short, cuts you off mid-sentence, and if you complain about anything, she will put you on hold and not even pick back up until you call back. I asked to speak to the owner/manager this one particular evening she was being nasty, and he never came to the phone. Even though I was told he was in the building, I was told I had to call back the next day to talk to him. What a phenomenal way to treat your patrons! Just ridiculous. The food is generally good, and they stay open very late, which is why I keep ordering from here. But as a front desk representative at a large downtown hotel, I will probably stop referring this restaurant to the guests that check in, especially late at night. The staff seems overwhelmed in the evening and it's just an embarrassment! I do not wish to have the guests of my hotel experience the unprofessionalism that I did. Customer service training is...

Got here, it's seat yourself. Make sure to bring cash as they charge a 4% fee on all card transactions. Also if you have a family of 4 or more, they add 18% gratuity automatically. There don't appear to be any other non-alcoholic beverage options other than water. The dining area is very dark. The AC is very aggressive so if you get cold easily be prepared. Servers don't seem to care. Ordered chicken alfredo with salad, wife got the deluxe cheeseburger. Also ordered the Saratoga chips appetizer. Ordered at 1:12, longer than 25 mins to get salad and appetizer and they brought out the whole meal together. Watched an employee get water, her hair was so long it went into the ice cooler. Server didn't ask once if we wanted more water. Only time we saw them was to bring the check. As for the food, burger was good, mushrooms and onions were cooked well.
