After a very long day of moving, we went to Little Caesars. The guy behind the counter was immediately annoyed. He acted like he did not even want to take our order. I had to repeat my order multiple times and he was rude every time he repeated it back incorrectly and acted like I was doing something wrong. He did not greet us when we walked in I ignored that. However after waiting nearly 30 minutes for our pizza I was able to witness how he treated other people who came in. Two young pretty girls walk in and he was immediately greeting them and being very nice and when they left he was very loudly and very friendly saying have a good night. Start contrast to my experience. The next customer that walked in was an older lady and he treated her the same way he treated me. Like he was annoyed to wait on her and she had to repeat herself too because he just didn't have the attention span to pay attention to anybody that he wasn't attracted to. Again after waiting 30 minutes for our order in which we had to stand around and wait, we had ordered a two liter soda very clearly did so because we had a conversation about the soda. We did not get the soda and he did not put it on the order he did however charges for every single topping that we put on the pizza $3 per topping. The girls who ordered their pizza more toppings than us paid less than we did. The two young gentleman who came in were treated lukewarm. He wasn't as rude to them as he was to us but he was not as friendly to them as he was the young girls. He barely spoke to the young gentleman but at least he was not rude to them like he was us and the other lady who was older as well.Clearly this young boy only wants to wait on you if you are a young girl. In my opinion if you want to be treated with disrespect then go to the location on my phone because they love to treat their customers inappropriately. With no apologies for their mistakes and root attitudes for anyone they don't...
Read moreHorrible management. Tried calling in a order and was put on hold for over ten minutes. Arrived at the store at 8:40, ordered a stuffed crust pizza, some crazy bread, and wings. Had to repeat my order to the girl three times. Asked for a receipt and was told it was broken. Later saw receipts printing out just fine. There were a handful of people already waiting inside for their orders. One said he had already been there 30 minutes. A delivery came in and they couldn’t even find the order. Multiple online orders and a few walk in’s after I had ordered myself. The cashier asked everyone multiple times what their names and orders were. At least 20 minutes passed before anyone received anything and that was only because the man who had already been waiting 30 minutes before I arrived gave up and told her to just hand him anything. The cashier then tried to hand me my pizza without the other items I ordered. She then took it into the back to never be seen again. At 9:30 I had finally received my items after having to go over my order with the worker again and then wished good luck to everyone there on my way out. I arrived home only to find I had been shorted. The crazy bread which normally comes in a order of 8, had only 3 pieces in the bag. The toppings I paid extra for, were nonexistent, and the stuffed crust was just regular crust. I drove back to at least get my crazy bread replaced and saw some of the same guests still waiting in the lobby. While waiting a woman from the back came out and explained that she was borrowed from another store and the two coworkers she was working with were having their first day of work there. I couldn’t believe that. What kind of management would set their store up for failure like that? In total as a customer I spent over an hour in the store just for a pizza and some wings, which wasn’t...
Read moreVisited for the first time this month after decades and at their previous location in same area. Pizza was hot, tasty and ready in less than 15 minutes. I used my phones web browser to order and it was very easy. For more custom options like crust types, extra sauce, baking time etc you need to use their app or call directly. They're very good value for the cost, with normal prices beating out other chains sale costs. They deliver for a small fee now, something I'm glad to see has changed in the years. Pickup can be done with the help of a staff member and paid for at the time or automatically with purchases online with a temporary code that spits out your pie from a warming locker. Their site and app provide nutritional data right next to the pizza info - the thin crust cheese is actually diet friendly.
Handicapped parking is available right near the front door, though with only 2 rows it can get crowded with customers from adjacent businesses. There is no dining area, just some seats for waiting. No idea if there's even a restrooms. Staff had been friendly eager to explain how to use the app and pickup locker. Store was clean and the waiting space tidy. I've been back a second time with an equally positive experience.
For an inexpensive and quick pizza, they fit perfectly. I have no experience with their delivery so can't speak to any...
