Direspective & hostile
Already submitted my feedback in bww/faq section.
I’m not a google review person but after dealing with the experience I had today at @bww Columbia MO, I decided not only to write a review but to NEVER, EVER go back. I had ordered 30 boneless wings online for delivery and after placing the order, I gave a call to the store requesting to make sure that my order is “extra wet” (quite a few times my wings were not even tossed fully in the sauce but I verified it while picking up and the waiters were kind to make the order right at that time). This time, since it is a delivery, I was able to see them not tossed properly, so before even writing this review, I drove back to the store and asked for the waiter I talked to on phone. The waiter saw the wings and said that he would ask to toss my order with mores sauce to make it right. This is where the other waiter comes in with my 3 boxes of wings and said “the order is tossed in sauce and I’m not fung putting 7-8 pumps of sauce on your order and if you need extra wet, you have to pay” When I said, I’m ok to pay but that’s not one of the options online, so gave a call to store and requested. She insisted that it was an option online and I requested to guide me, showing my bww app, when she again started her speech “ I’m not fung showing you nothing, you take your order or leave it, if not I will call the cops” when I tried to still maintain calm and the other waitress calls for the manager. Manager seems to be new but heard the full length story, apologized and promised to refund. Overall summary is that, we as customers do not deserve to be disrespected, when you on the other hand is treated very respectfully even in this hostile situation. @BWW - Here are my 2 recommendations after 3yrs experiencing at your restaurant. Don’t just hire anyone from the street just because you are low on staff. Proper training and overlooking the performance should improve If the cook did this tight in the first place, all this wouldn’t have happened. So train them to uphold the customer’s...
Read moreWas very disappointed in my recent experience. Our waitress was very nice and the food was delicious but the service was not up to par. At first my chicken wrap was dropped which is no big deal I understand mistakes happen, they were quick about getting me a new one. But our server was not the one who got the new one another server brought it out to her while she was chatting with what seemed to be friends of hers. I say this because this was not the first scenario where this other table took her attention away from providing service. Once my wrap came out we realized that we had not gotten our potato wedges. I waited to get my waitresses attention to be able to let her know we were still missing our wedges. She was busy with other tables so I understood that but once she was done with them she went back to the table of what seemed to be her friends and began chatting. I stared until she noticed and finally walked over, I then let her know that we still had not gotten our wedges. She then walked over and it looked to put the order in. Okay that's fine once again mistakes happen, but then she went back over to her friends and yet again the same waitress who brought out the wrap brought out our wedges to our table. My husband and I both work in customer service and food, we are very understanding when it comes to long wait times and mistakes. We understand that kitchens get backed up and that waitresses have a lot on their plate when a restaurant is busy. But neither of these were the case, we were probably 1 of 10 tables in the whole restaurant. This was a case of our server caring more about chatting with her friends than taking care of our table. Not to mention nobody even offered to discount us for our wedges that were forgotten or the wrap that was dropped. As a General Manager at my store this is something that would have been a no brainer since the lack of care in staff caused my customer to have a...
