CJ's of Five Points — Restaurant in Columbia

New year's fireworks were amazing. I just love the lights whether it's Xmas 4 of July anything I see the lights the zoo I just love it. It's always a great place to walk around and enjoy the scenery and listen to different cultures of music. We go alot. Sorry for whoever got shot New year's I hope they're ok. I didn't even hear gunshots though. It's a great place to be though who doesn't love cola, SC and the gamecocks, no one. Everyone does. When you're in town come to five points you will have the time of your life. So many memories I still have and will continue to make more. Even though all the nose and the people you still have a great time. Every few blocks it's different music. A couple places to eat which is awesome and you don't have to leave the strip unless you just want something different. But the Smell you get just walking around you can't deny. Chicken on stick tasty better than the Chinese place if you know what I mean. SC is a great place to be. So is five points so when you come to town hit me up I love the area and will enjoy the company. The store is even open and on the strip. How convenient is all of this. In the middle of 5 points lies a little gem known as CJ's! Whether you want to shoot a game of pool with friends or just relax after a long day to unwind, this is the bar to do it at! All of the staff is super friendly and helpful, making it an inviting place even for the biggest introverts! Also, the cleanest facilities in 5 points HANDS DOWN!! The best paper towels I've ever used at a public establishment! Also SIDE NOTE: Saluda restaurant is located upstairs. It is a separate entity! Update 5/27/2023, we are moving to a different state, and I just wanted to update that this was the most welcoming and comfortable bar we experienced during our time in South Carolina! We will definitely miss all of our awesome bartenders and people there. I genuinely feel like I'm moving away from family. It's one of the true bright spots in our opinion! Ive been trying to quit nicotine and have been using a device that rests in your mouth to satisfy cravings and the bouncer kicked me out for “vaping”. The device doesn’t even produce any smoke if people are allowed to chew nicotine gum I should be able to use a moxē,nic infused toothpicks, etc. The fact this is even an issue is beyond ridiculous, this bar has the most uptight rules, it makes no sense at all to go here.
