Clean and spacious Italian fast food restaurant. They had a deal when I went for a combo of Tortellini and Sphagetti with meat sauce for $6. It was a very good deal and was very filling!! The breadsticks were a bit salty, though, in my opinion. Unfortunately, the other menu items were more on the pricey side. The food came out very quickly, in about 10 minutes.
The restaurant itself was large and could easily accommodate larger parties.
I really wish I could have reviewed this place higher. However, the service was terrible.
To start off, when I walked in at 9:20 p.m., they had a mop blocking the entryway. My group was wondering if they were closed. We asked the lady at the cash register if they were open, and she replied by telling us they closed in less than an hour. (It closes at 10pm). I was under the impression that Fazolis was a fast food restaurant, and so 40 minutes before close would still be a reasonable time to order. We walked around the mop to look at the menu, and the cashier, reiterated again that they closed in less than an hour and asked us if we were taking our food to go. We replied yes, and the lady then asked us what we were ordering. We had barely looked at the menu for a few minutes and felt very rushed. We quickly ordered and stood back against the wall by the register. The cashier then turned around to the cook window and started loudly complaining to her coworkers in the kitchen about some customers that had come in and ordered despite her telling them they closed in less than an hour. She had unpleasant opinions to share with her coworkers about my party, and she did so despite us being only a few feet away and could very clearly hear everything. I understand that employees will complain with each other about things they don't like, but it was very unprofessional of her to do so in front of us. When I received my food, I had doubts about whether or not I should eat it because, based on the behavior and attitudes of the employees, I was concerned they had spit on my food. We walked out of the restaurant with our food at 9:35pm- 25 minutes before closing. Overall, a decent fast food Italian restaurant that is good to visit if you take advantage of their deals. However, the customer service was very poor...
Read moreI absolutely love Fazoli's and usually it's a great experience. However, the last two times that I visited haven't been so pleasant. It is a 45 minute drive to the next city over from where I live to Fazoli's. I make that drive specifically to eat here. Apparently, Jay, the GM isn't a very pleasant person. He's loud, obnoxious and rude to both customers and employees. As I was standing at the counter ordering my food, along with my family and other customers, he is in the back complainly, loudly might I add, that "everybody and they mama is ordering alfredo". Going on and on about the Alfredo. He's obviously upset about it but it is an Italian restaurant. That is so unprofessional and quite annoying. I always order the fettuccine as I did that day but one more experience such as the last two with his behavior, would most definitely be the last. I just don't appreciate it at all. The rest of the staff...
Read moreFazoli's catering truly exceeded our expectations at our recent Student Ambassador meeting. From the initial coordination with Jay and the GM to the delivery of the food, their service was impeccable. They worked hard to accommodate our tax-exempt status and made sure all our needs were met.
Fazoli's was an absolute hit among the students! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything arrived fresh and ready to be enjoyed. From the savory pasta dishes to the crisp salads and delectable desserts, Fazoli's delivered a spread that left everyone satisfied and craving more.
Overall, I cannot recommend Fazoli's catering highly enough. If you're looking for delicious food, exceptional service, and a stress-free catering experience, look no further than Fazoli's. They will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on your guests, just as they...
