My friend and I stopped for lunch at Hot Headz on a Saturday afternoon, and what a treat it was. I decided on the mild Nashville style tenders, with a strawberry lemonade to drink. The man working couldn’t have been kinder (I wish I got his name!) He gave us a 10-15 minute timeframe for our food to be ready as everything is made to order… And boy, is it worth that little wait. To start, the strawberry lemonade tasted incredibly fresh and was the perfect remedy to a hot August day. I’d absolutely recommend anyone try it if you’re a fan of tart lemonades. The waffle fries were cooked to perfection; crispy yet not fried too hard. The chicken was absolutely fantastic, and was certainly the star of the show as it should have been. The comeback sauce that is served with the meal is the perfect pairing for the chicken and fries. Not big on posting reviews, but this place is an exception IN A GREAT WAY. Many places advertise hot this or spicy that and always seem to fall short. Not this place. I am an avid spice lover (even grow carolina reaper and other Smoken Ed's experiments) so the words hot, spicy, heat, and the like are trigger words for me. I went to Hot Heads expecting the typical spice factor that we see in other establishments and was throughly impressed. Took mine to go. This is a sandwich you need to sit down and eat! One of the hottest 🔥🔥🔥 sandwiches I have ever had in my life (and I LOVE spicy food). Typically my food is never spicy enough, but not today!! You will need water or italian ice or something behind this one!!
