I would give 10 stars if it was available…

I witnessed firsthand a TOP LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE today while dining in. The team worked together effortlessly and with great precision to ensure drive thru, carry out, dine in and phone orders were taken care of. They even conquered a catering order on top of that.

What impacted me most was the high degree of making sure every customer was satisfied; even saying please and thanks. I even watched one team member assist with the front door and car door for the woman who picked up her catering order.

I’m a firm believer that the manager sets the standard in a business. The way they treat their employees will reflect on how they treat their customers.

This was, and is, evident!

I checked online before I went to the store that they closed at 10 PM. Mind you It's Saturday. They, we're supposed to be open when I got there, which was at 9:38 PM when I pulled up, nobody answered the intercom, but instead somebody came out and told me they were closed, I said, well, then maybe you shouldn't close early. And instead of you know, having any kind of decency, this person proceeded to yell at me in unintelligible. Yeah, nonsense, it was quite ridiculous for an employee. They shouldn't have a job there. Anymore reacting and treating customers like that. Even if they were closed, they could have just reiterated that or just closed the door but they didn't They shouldn't have treated anyone like that. I don't recommend...

After reading the most recent reviews, it seems like this place has a normal closing hour, which is early. The website says closes at 10, however when I walked to get my online order the doors on the perimeter were all locked. I then proceeded to pull around through the drive through. The service wasn’t that friendly, handed us one order when we stated that we had 2 to pickup. We waited for another 5 minutes until she came back to ask why we were still there. The other workers looked at us before she even came back. Handed us our order super rudely, didn’t apologize, and slammed the windows. Don’t think...
