I ordered a beach club. Beach club specifically comes with turkey as the main ingredient. These people literally forgot to put turkey on the sandwich. Talk to the manager and he said that they get busy and these things happen. You work at a sandwich shop and forget to put meat on the sandwich you should probably quit your job.
Also the manager was not apologetic at all. Sounded like a complete a-hole. Literally didn't even offer an apology! Completely their fault and everyone I talked to about it was extremely rude. I work in sales and customer service and absolutely would apologize as much as I could for my mistake if I were them. But their manager honestly doesn't deserve his position.
I work near this place but I'm just going to get delivery from a different Jimmy John's from now on. The least I can do for this place is never give them my money again.
Now I have to go back to get my sandwich remade without any compensation for my time or inconvenience.

A request from DoorDash was presented to me to take a picture of the current menu at this particular location for the convenience of future customers. I took the picture and an employee told me I wasnât allowed to take any pictures or videos within the store. I live a couple of miles away and didnât want to get out tonight so decided to pay for delivery. I just called the store and was first placed on a not so âbrief holdâ. After they didnât pick back up, I hung up and waited a few minutes to call again. The man who answered huffed when he answered and I told him I was just curious if he could give me an estimate on when my order would arrive.
