I had an online order for four pizzas. I requested the curbside service, and called at least ten times for them to come out...they didn’t. So, I went in myself and went straight to the online pickup line, and I said “Hey I had an online order.” Well first off she didn’t let me finish my sentence and told me to go stand in line. I’m like wait a second isn’t the line for people who ordered inside. So as I stood there, multiple people went up to her with general questions and she caught an attitude with them also. She had braids and worked the 7:00 pm shift. As I read other reviews, I read about somebody else having the same problem with the same girl. So then, another man came in and said “hey I have an online order” and she was rude to him too and just about slung his pizzas across the counter. So then I went up there and I said “I had an online order too” and she slung mine up there and I was like “have a great day” and she didn’t say anything back. Plus my pizza was burnt. Overall the pizza is great but they burn my pizza...
Read moreThis MOD Pizza is located in a shopping area within walking distance to a Barnes and Noble, World Market, and Target. So after shopping at those three stores, we walked over to the MOD Pizza for dinner. We got MOD pizzas, where we could customize our own pizzas. I got tomato sauce as the base, and mozzarella cheese and feta cheese. At first, I felt that they did not put a lot of mozzarella on, so I asked for some extra and they sprinkled on a little more. I got spinach, mild sausage, and pepperoni as well. They put it in the oven and we waited about 3 minutes for it to finish. The pizza was amazing. It tasted just how I wanted it to. We also got drinks and we absolutely love to mix the blackberry lemonade with sweet tea. I will say it was pretty warm in the restaurant, which I guess could be attributed to the pizza oven, but it wasn't too bad for the short time we were there. Workers were super nice, though the last step of the final sauce on the pizza was not asked about when we picked our pizzas up. That’s not a huge...
Read moreToday was my first time visiting Mod Pizza. I signed up for the mobile app and I received a free cake. The cashier was super friendly and nice. Something happen after I paid for my order and was showing amount due after it came out my bank account. I am not sure if it was the owner or manager that came over to help the young man, but he seemed very aggravated. Long story short the cashier did not understand what happened, and either did I. I felt the owner/manager really made his employee feel uncomfortable in front of the customer. The owner/manager did end up just voiding the transaction all together which I highly appreciated. Food tasted good, the guy who made my pizza was great and the cashier was wonderful (Great Customer Service). I'm not sure if I will go back because of how the cashier was treated. I felt he should have tried to help him instead of being aggravated in front of the customer and maybe show him what went wrong. As the customer I felt as if I did something...
