I've been coming to this Firehouse Subs for years and have had some okay experiences, but today was truly disappointing. I ordered a sub online, and when I picked it up, it was wrong—not a big deal usually, but my son is super plain and just likes the bread and meat, no sauces or extras. I went in calmly to explain the issue and asked for it to be fixed, but instead of resolving the problem, the girl at the counter argued with me, insisting I had another sub. She seemed unable to grasp that the sub was wrong and just needed to be corrected.

After going outside to grab the other sub (which was made correctly), I came back in, and things only got worse. The manager, who barely apologized and seemed not to care at all, showed the same rudeness as the staff. I found myself apologizing for getting upset, even though I was just asking for the order to be fixed as it was done correctly on the app. I told the girl to stop arguing because it was simple—the sub was wrong, and I needed it fixed.

The lack of customer service from all three ladies working was the worst I’ve experienced in a restaurant in a long time. I left extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this Firehouse Subs if this is how they treat loyal customers.

After 3 visits, I am just not impressed. I do not find the food preparation equal to that of the Main Street location. The cap was Today’s order (#111180), for curbside pickup. After waiting 12 minutes past pick up time, I went inside to find my order sitting on the counter. When I questioned the employees, they said they didn’t know it was supposed to be curbside. I explained that the website required me to choose my type of service before selecting food items. Employees again said, we don’t know that unless I call. (Poor website/store interface). Simple please do not toast bread!!!! Call in order for a small turkey sub. There was no wait! 10 mins later arrived for pick up, order is not even prepared. Waited patiently No Problem!!! But to get all the way down the road, to far to turn around !! They toasted my Bread! I already hate bread, but toasted bread just nasty. The sub prep(s) Workers so busy laughing and joking with each other mess up my order. This is what happens to good customers. Bad service. Will not return to this...
