Sub Station II — Restaurant in Columbia

I normally don't leave reviews, even when I feel like the services wasn't up to par. But, I wasn't greeted very well on 12/30/24 near the end of the night. Myself and another patron walked in and a shorter female yelled out, "DAMN we got 2 more people walking in!" I don't expect to hear employees complaining about work while they're working directly in front of a patron., especially when paying customers are the only way for a business to support the wages of employees. On the way out, the same short white female was standing by the exit door, and she said "I'll happily Let you Out" in an unpleasant tone. To the owner: Have a Talk With your Employees about the importance Customer Service at all times! This could be detrimental to your brand. I have the unique ability to leave 300 negative reviews from 300 different profiles if I chose, but I understand how these reviews can hurt a business. After 3 years of staying away due to a bad experience we gave this location another try. Yesterday was the worse yet from anywhere we have ever gone. My husband called in the order & then left 15-20 minutes later to pick it up. He went inside. He stood at the counter for 15 minutes while 2 of the workers were arguing to the point of being ready to start passing blows. There were 2 other customers waiting also. 2-3 people were actually trying to hold the 2 workers apart. Nevermind the profanities that was flying back & forth. (Real professional.) Finally someone came to the register & gave my husband our order. Once he got home we discovered that the subs were not fixed correctly, same issue we use to have. Called corporate, but probably won't hear anything from them. We don't need a drama show...

Guy came out rest room, didnt wash hands, He also wear the same dirty nasty shirt every time i go in there, He dont rotate the lettuce, i watched him pour new lettuce on top of old lettuce, Overall there not professionally doing there job. Parklane is so much better, they are clean, great customer service. If you go to the garnersferry please pay close attention to everything they do. also when i went inside the garnersferry location the young lady was yelling at the young man about something. This place need more observation and better service. . i reccomend all customers to start going to parklane or the devine street...
