Do not place door dash orders here. It's not worth it. Their system almost always has an issue, and your orders are never received, making it a waste for door dashers to come, wasting gas, and your time. They don't even give an explanation on what you are to do when they can't see the orders, just telling you to contact Doordash. Don't even do orders online through the Chipotle app, as they'd just have to have you go through support to get a refund, wasting your time with this too. Today's experience was practically a disaster from the start. They first open the location doors 20 minutes late, saying it's due to short staff, but this was just to let customers piling outside the door inside, saying to the customers who come inside, "we're still not ready, but this is to keep you from staying outside." After saying this, the workers then started expressing their thoughts on how we're idiots for waiting outside the door to one another. The restaurant wasn't cleaned and messes everywhere. They were rude to customers asking questions, especially Doordashers, not letting them speak, cutting them off any way to get them to shut up. Sure, as hell would love to give a 0-star review.

I had a terrible experience at Chipotle recently that left a bad taste in my mouth—not just from the food. The customer service was appalling. I felt racially profiled by the staff, who treated me with suspicion and dismissiveness while other customers were served with friendliness and respect. It was uncomfortable and frankly unacceptable. The managers (Brook) (Nina( wasn’t a manager at first, but once the store manager REFUSED to speak with me, Nina became a manager)) was totally UNPROFESSIONAL! My Togo bag was torn and wasn’t even offered another bag. The food was spoiled/rotten. The salad dressing was 1/4 filled. My meal was prepared wrong multiple times and the entire staff down the line gave an attitude and rolled their eyes when I was asking them politely to fix my order correctly. I didn’t receive all the items I paid for the the Store manager Threatened me and validated my constitutional rights. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but this experience has made me reconsider returning. It's disappointing to see such a lack of inclusivity and basic customer care. I hope they address these issues, but for now, I can't recommend this location.

More than once, they’ve been out of lettuce and tortillas, and it’s impossible to get steak, which is frustrating when you’re craving it. To make matters worse, they’re almost always out of soda in their machine. The staff seems unbothered by it all, with little attention to customers. The lack of organization and cleanliness really ruins the dining experience.

Ordered 2 bowls for take out. After getting home and starting to eat we realized that both bowls were missing the onion and pepper vegetables. It was late, and we live far enough that it would have been a hassle to return. The vegetables make the bowl, without it tasted bland. (Meatless/vegetarian bowls.) Two days later I was in the area and stopped in to let the manager know of the problem. She was very indifferent to the issue, saying something about the online order is from a third party, and "They don't know when we are out of an ingredient.She went on to say, "when you picked up the order, the staff should have told you that we were out of an ingredient." They didn't, and honestly she didn't care. I would have expected at the least some empathy to that fact. Instead, she questioned why we didn't return that night. She didn't appreciate that it was too far for us to come. Finally, she reluctantly said , "They can make you a bowl now." No, I am out two bowls, I have already eaten today and your attitude about the whole ordeal is super off-putting. She told me the vegetables are free, implying it shouldn't have mattered, "They are a side." Wow, I thought the customer got to pick which ingredients go into the bowl. Order from here if you don't' mind missing ingredients from your meal and compromised taste. And being told it's on you for not bringing it back to the store, no matter the time and distance.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, as it's warranted.

I visited the location on 7/11/2025, at entry, no air conditioning. I preceded to the counter to order, not one greeted, only stating, "WE ARE OUT TO STEAK, HONEY CHICKEN, AND GRILLED VEGGIES!" I had to change my entire order, which included those items, a bowl, (2) burritos and quesadilla. The worker informs me that quesadillas have to be placed as an online order. Like what???? That makes NO SENSE whatsoever. The line order was paid for then I had to download the app to place an order for this quesadilla. Paying separately and tax twice. I waited over 20 mins for the online order to be prepared.

Now for the food quality itself, I got home and began to eat with my family and found a large piece of avocado peel (literally as long as my finger) in my bowl, of course buried under the the huge hunks, not chunks of tasteless guacamole). My daughter found chunks of peel in her burrito. The pico was full of liquid, the chicken had no flavor, and queso was not fresh. This is the most horrible food and experience at any location that I've visited across several states.

I don't know WHO the Manager or franchise owner is, but the inexperienced staff and cook need to be either be re-trained or fired. Client facing staff should never be this rude or uncaring. Don't waste your time or money coming here or compromise convenience...

I needed to reach out to let you know about this location as there were multiple issues where each one alone would be problematic. The ordering process was smooth and the staff was friendly. The gentleman at the register however was far from either. He rung us up without asking or giving us time to ask for drinks. Then when we asked him if he could change it he rolled his eyes and just asked what we wanted, never answered our original question. We both wanted two small fountain drinks. He then told us that he only had large cups and we would need to pay for a large drink. We both said nevermind as we didn't want to pay for a beverage that we wouldn't use, his response was "two large drinks, got it" and charged us for something we DID NOT ASK FOR. At that point when we went to pay the card machine didn't work so we tried flipping the card. At that time he again interrupted saying that we have to flip the card around. We tried letting him know that we just tried the other way and it didn't work but he kept interrupting half way through that system saying to flip the card around. We didn't flip it and it worked.... All of the tables inside and out we're very dirty and clearly didn't get cleaned in a long time (inside and outside seating), and all of the trash cans were overflowing before and after our meal. To top it all off, half.of.our chips weren't cooked, they were soft...
