Ordered 2 bowls for take out. After getting home and starting to eat we realized that both bowls were missing the onion and pepper vegetables. It was late, and we live far enough that it would have been a hassle to return. The vegetables make the bowl, without it tasted bland. (Meatless/vegetarian bowls.) Two days later I was in the area and stopped in to let the manager know of the problem. She was very indifferent to the issue, saying something about the online order is from a third party, and "They don't know when we are out of an ingredient.She went on to say, "when you picked up the order, the staff should have told you that we were out of an ingredient." They didn't, and honestly she didn't care. I would have expected at the least some empathy to that fact. Instead, she questioned why we didn't return that night. She didn't appreciate that it was too far for us to come. Finally, she reluctantly said , "They can make you a bowl now." No, I am out two bowls, I have already eaten today and your attitude about the whole ordeal is super off-putting. She told me the vegetables are free, implying it shouldn't have mattered, "They are a side." Wow, I thought the customer got to pick which ingredients go into the bowl. Order from here if you don't' mind missing ingredients from your meal and compromised taste. And being told it's on you for not bringing it back to the store, no matter the time and distance.

I visited the location on 7/11/2025, at entry, no air conditioning. I preceded to the counter to order, not one greeted, only stating, "WE ARE OUT TO STEAK, HONEY CHICKEN, AND GRILLED VEGGIES!" I had to change my entire order, which included those items, a bowl, (2) burritos and quesadilla. The worker informs me that quesadillas have to be placed as an online order. Like what???? That makes NO SENSE whatsoever. The line order was paid for then I had to download the app to place an order for this quesadilla. Paying separately and tax twice. I waited over 20 mins for the online order to be prepared.
Now for the food quality itself, I got home and began to eat with my family and found a large piece of avocado peel (literally as long as my finger) in my bowl, of course buried under the the huge hunks, not chunks of tasteless guacamole). My daughter found chunks of peel in her burrito. The pico was full of liquid, the chicken had no flavor, and queso was not fresh. This is the most horrible food and experience at any location that I've visited across several states.
I don't know WHO the Manager or franchise owner is, but the inexperienced staff and cook need to be either be re-trained or fired. Client facing staff should never be this rude or uncaring. Don't waste your time or money coming here or compromise convenience...
Read moreI needed to reach out to let you know about this location as there were multiple issues where each one alone would be problematic. The ordering process was smooth and the staff was friendly. The gentleman at the register however was far from either. He rung us up without asking or giving us time to ask for drinks. Then when we asked him if he could change it he rolled his eyes and just asked what we wanted, never answered our original question. We both wanted two small fountain drinks. He then told us that he only had large cups and we would need to pay for a large drink. We both said nevermind as we didn't want to pay for a beverage that we wouldn't use, his response was "two large drinks, got it" and charged us for something we DID NOT ASK FOR. At that point when we went to pay the card machine didn't work so we tried flipping the card. At that time he again interrupted saying that we have to flip the card around. We tried letting him know that we just tried the other way and it didn't work but he kept interrupting half way through that system saying to flip the card around. We didn't flip it and it worked.... All of the tables inside and out we're very dirty and clearly didn't get cleaned in a long time (inside and outside seating), and all of the trash cans were overflowing before and after our meal.
