I visited this establishment for the first time today and was really excited, as I love custom pizza chains. As a non-meat eater, the concept of making personalized, vegetarian pizza dishes, really excites me. The taste of the food was great; however, the customer service was mediocre. The young man who helped make my pizza seemed annoyed and indifferent about assisting me. Andrew, on the other hand, was extremely rude! After my pizza was finished baking, I asked him if I could have some sauce on top, and he rudely responded "what do you mean?" I was astonished and taken aback, as there was a wide variety of sauce options by the pizza bar, so for him to ask this question was extremely appalling. He clearly just wanted to be rude. After I requested for olive oil to be sprinkled on top, I then asked if I could have some crushed peppers, and once more, he rudely responded and informed me that I needed to walk over to the napkins and do it myself. From here, he shoved me my pizza, uncovered, and walked away. I was so disappointed and frustrated at his demeanor. He intentionally exhibited this action without any remorse or customer service, so although the pizza tasted well, the lack of professionalism and outright rude service ruined my experience.

Okay, fam, let's talk food...🤩!!! MOM MAMIA! This is what I would be saying before this weekend visit. I don't know if it was the Christmas rush, the Black Friday sale, and Thanksgiving, but this visit was bad. Since we are not dealing with the holiday season, the visit was just bad. 😐👎🏾 Normally, MOD is a lock. It is not always my go-to, but when I go, it is normally good. This time, the service lacked luster, and the food was subpar. So, when we entered the establishment, we were greeted barley with a hello. So, the lady made our pizza, and here is when the wheels 🛞 fell off. This guy packs in the oven about 15 pizzas... However, that wasn't the problem. He was so worried about filling online orders that he left our pizzas in the oven too long and burnt the crust. So, when you bit into the pizza, you could taste the burnt crust with every bite, and the crust was hard and crunchy. I should have ordered crackers and soup as hard as the crust 😩 was. I must say that this is not a regular MOD experience, and I hope not to have this experience again.

Hello World, I hope you get a better pizza than I did from Mod today! Mod Pizza is a build-it-your-way pizza type of place. I enjoy these pizza shops because my choice is what matters. I was lucky to have a lady so pleasant with applying my pizza toppings. There was no attitude when I asked for more sauce. Instead, with a smile, she added more sauce and pepperoni. Once she passed my pizza on to the next person, I felt in my heart that the decline was coming. The next gentleman rushed the process; the lady at the oven made the "wrong" pizza; well done. As a result, my pizza came out looking sad and uncooked. The day started great with excellent customer service and a smile but became a painful, uncooked experience. The offer to cook my pizza properly came thirty-five minutes too late. A thin-crust pizza should have at least a little crunch to it. Unfortunately, this pizza was a harsh reminder that some short-order cooks care little about your request and more about filling an order.

I am literally writing this review from my car, parked outside. I arrived to MOD at 9:50 pm. The store is not scheduled to close until 10pm, I walked in, the person working comes from the back, asks me if im picking up an order, I stated "no" I would like to order a pizza. He then stated "we're closed" with a dismissive tone. I stated, that I googled the store hours and it states that you close at10pm. He said, well yeah but we're closing early. The oven was still burning, all of the toppings were still on display. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he stated "I am the supervisor" I asked "who's your supervisor" he refused to respond. I then stated that this is poor customer service, he then went on to say how much work he had to do and the store was backed up with a lot of work and he could make another order. I informed him that I would be reaching out to corporate and he then stated that the regional manager told him to close the store early. He stood there giving 101 excuses as to why he could make one last pizza. He debated with me for about 7 minutes. I told him, my pizza could have been done, he then replied "no it takes about 15 minute to make one and we're closed!" I told him this was poor customer service on behalf of MOD. I walked out sat in my car and he never locked the door behind me. If the store was closed, why not lock up behind the last custome. I would not recommend anyone (especially of color) to patronize this business. The manager was, rude, dismissive and uncaring of the store reputation in addition to customer...

I use to rave about this MOD pizza location as it use to be outstanding service and just about the best pizza I have had. I use tell people the Columbia location blows away the Annapolis location. This past Tesday April 1st I had ordered a Pizza a Mod size and had all of the toppings put on that I wanted. My coworker ordered right before me. His pizza was done 15 to 20 minutes before mine. Before I asked what was going on they saw me waiting and were confused with a pizza they had been sitting. It ended up being another customers and that customer was eating my order. The 3 gentleman offered the other customer his original ordered pizza and then barely said were sorry and asked me come around and reorder mine. I thought that was some foul crappy customer service to say the least! I will not eat at a MOD PIZZA again! I promise you! I totally understand mistakes happen but from what I heard behind the counter they had made several mistakes just like this that day. It's really how they handled the issue. I was last to be taken care off not the customer that was blindly eating someone else's totally different order, I mean his order had pineapple on it and mi e didn't. Should be pretty easy to identify that it's not your order! Then they were arguing who'd fault it was prior to asking me to...
