I would Like the owner of this establishment to contact. It’s always your workers with disrespect and attitude when I come this place today between 330-4 that Caucasian girl with the percing I her nose and the little Hispanic girl is very disrespectful. I asked for and order and she gave me seafood which I didn’t order and got an attitude when I made her take the order back and had an an attitude when I ask her to make sure they redo the whole thing not just take the shrimp off and add chicken. I pacifically ask for an extra dressing get the bag it’s only one dressing in there. I’m steady accident for an extra dressing which the large order I receive comes with two dressings I’m steady, axing her to give me extra dressing. She yells back at me in the window and says she gave me another bag with a dressing in it, and it wasn’t in the bag so the other Hispanic girl come to the window saying the dressing was in the bag when it wasn’t then turn around and asked me to pay for the dress it had her dressing in her hand. She lets the money fall to the floor, looking at it laughing and smiling like it’s funny and then still would hand me the dressing when I the Snatch it out her hand because she was playing around. I asked several times for the manager and supervisor or the owner of the place. Laughing and smiling like it’s funny saying they don’t who that is. One of the Cooks comes over there. I asked to cook who the owner of the restaurant he said the owner is on vacation and won’t be back until Sunday. I called to get information and someone said the owner won’t be in until tomorrow after 3 so which one is it. You don’t know what’s going in some one’s life to be playing around with kids and have to rush back to work. You have 24hr to contact me or I will take this to the bb and or commission office because that was pure disrespect because she and that other girl had an attitude they could’ve spit it my food and this is not the first time and if your not going to do anything about your staff then I will take it higher. Came to next day after Thanksgiving paid for a pound of crab legs and a large fry got my food drove to the job which is maybe five six minutes away open my food realize it was not what I ordered immediately called them the lady who answered the phone said bring the food back and get your food drove all the way back to Nick's gave them their food she proceeded to tell me that I ate two crab clusters off of the wrong plate that they gave me I am allergic two shrimp I would not have eaten anything that was on that tray with shrimp so after her telling me I would have to wait for the manager which was 30 minutes away I just said forget it I will pay for the complete wrong meal that I did not order and give me my pound of crab legs and my large fry that I ordered that seemed to make them happy the meal I received was only valued at $17 and some change the meal I paid for was more than $23 and I had my receipt the lady told me who was she to believe me or her staff like I said I ended up paying for both meals to correct the problem staff is rude young lady in the Drive-Thru looks like she hates her job make a mistake and are too Petty and greedy to acknowledge it so I'll pay for it I will never come back to this location again I will never recommend anybody else come back to this location when Nick started out it was nice your food was hot it was right the portions were great now it sucks I don't know what's going on with New Management but again there's no such thing as customer service anymore even good paying customers are just looking to get over and get something for free even though I asked for nothing for free I just wanted the meal that I paid my hard-earned money for but I guess that's too much to ask so I ended up paying $23 and some change for my meal and another $17.65 for a meal I never wanted just to get my correct meal without someone trying to call me a thief but I'll find some person to...

I was patronizing the store on Broad River Road. I purchased 26.00 dollars worth of merchandise. Another couple was also present. We were seated about to enjoy our meal, when a group of three Black females, and two Black males came in using all sorts of vulgar profanity, along with the "N" word. This went on for about five minutes. It was obvious the store employee's were not concerned about them disturbing the other customers. I decided I had enough of the conduct. I approached the group to ask them to respect the others in the store, and tone down the language. They became belligerent towards me, and threatening to do bodily harm. I requested the store employee's to notify the police. Five minutes expired as I was attempting to finish my meal. I assumed that the store employee's ignored my request. I notified the Manager the following day of the incident, and that I was short of my meal I purchased. He claimed that he would notify the owner, and allow him to rectify the situation. It has been several weeks since then, and I have not heard from the Manager nor the owner. The establishment has a duty to ensure a safe and friendly environment for its customers. It is obvious this is not the case here. I would not recommend this establishment for family nor peaceful people attempting to enjoy a meal in a safe, and peaceful...

Long lines. Order ahead. The food is good when you get what you order. The gyros were decent. The fries were delicious. However, I got home and was very disappointed. When I told her I got a Philly shrimp instead of a Po’Boy, I was told that Po’Boys come with mushrooms, peppers, and cheese like cheesesteaks. You also have to ask for the shrimp to be fried in a Po’Boy. So I guess you have to speak the local language to know what you’re actually ordering. The picture of the Po’Boy on the menu on the wall has fried shrimp. I guess if you like a Philly shrimp’Boy, you’ll be happy. I was not pleased.

Crab legs are too expensive to make these type of mistakes. The cashier is named Zakaria. Either an employee ate my crabs or they gave them to the wrong customer. Highly disappointed.
