I would Like the owner of this establishment to contact. It’s always your workers with disrespect and attitude when I come this place today between 330-4 that Caucasian girl with the percing I her nose and the little Hispanic girl is very disrespectful. I asked for and order and she gave me seafood which I didn’t order and got an attitude when I made her take the order back and had an an attitude when I ask her to make sure they redo the whole thing not just take the shrimp off and add chicken. I pacifically ask for an extra dressing get the bag it’s only one dressing in there. I’m steady accident for an extra dressing which the large order I receive comes with two dressings I’m steady, axing her to give me extra dressing. She yells back at me in the window and says she gave me another bag with a dressing in it, and it wasn’t in the bag so the other Hispanic girl come to the window saying the dressing was in the bag when it wasn’t then turn around and asked me to pay for the dress it had her dressing in her hand. She lets the money fall to the floor, looking at it laughing and smiling like it’s funny and then still would hand me the dressing when I the Snatch it out her hand because she was playing around. I asked several times for the manager and supervisor or the owner of the place. Laughing and smiling like it’s funny saying they don’t who that is. One of the Cooks comes over there. I asked to cook who the owner of the restaurant he said the owner is on vacation and won’t be back until Sunday. I called to get information and someone said the owner won’t be in until tomorrow after 3 so which one is it. You don’t know what’s going in some one’s life to be playing around with kids and have to rush back to work. Read moreI was patronizing the store on Broad River Road. I purchased 26.00 dollars worth of merchandise. Another couple was also present. We were seated about to enjoy our meal, when a group of three Black females, and two Black males came in using all sorts of vulgar profanity, along with the "N" word. This went on for about five minutes. It was obvious the store employee's were not concerned about them disturbing the other customers. I decided I had enough of the conduct. I approached the group to ask them to respect the others in the store, and tone down the language. They became belligerent towards me, and threatening to do bodily harm. I requested the store employee's to notify the police. Five minutes expired as I was attempting to finish my meal. I assumed that the store employee's ignored my request. I notified the Manager the following day of the incident, and that I was short of my meal I purchased. He claimed that he would notify the owner, and allow him to rectify the situation. It has been several weeks since then, and I have not heard from the Manager nor the owner. The establishment has a duty to ensure a safe and friendly environment for its customers.
