We ordered a chicken bento box. My son doesn’t like rice. I told the gentleman at the counter no rice, please. He rudely snapped back at me so you just want chicken plain? No vegetables or sushi or dumplings? I politely replied he wanted the full bento box but just no rice. His rude response was so what do you want?!? I patiently repeated everything the bento box comes with except rice. His response was again “so just chicken”. Finally got that cleared. Then I ordered a California roll. His response was “there is already California roll in the bento box”. Yes- I know that. I patiently tell him the bento box is for my son and the California roll is for me. Meanwhile the line to order behind me is growing. In the end, the food was just meh. I guess they don’t have to try since they are in a busy mall food...

My daughter placed an online order and when I arrived the power was out. Everyone acted like the didn't understand a word I was saying, no one stood up and tried to help. I was finally able to get some food, but the order was not correct. I asked for the supervisor and "all of a sudden " no one spoke English.....I was extremely irritated.....I had to go to a different vendor to get some of the items that sakru could not provide. If the power went out, my daughter should have gotten a refund so I could go to another vendor. I also saw an employee making platters of chicken and shrimp for himself and taking it to the back......sooooo annoyed. I only pressed hard to get the food I got because it was for a birthday party and the young lady specifically asked for sakru......I will not...

They were very rude from the beginning until the end. When I went up to order the staff were all just standing around talking to each other completely ignoring me. When they finally noticed me they took my order. While ordering they did not understand what I was trying to order. Because they could not understand they began being very rude and nasty when I was trying to explain my order. While that was going on I noticed one of the cooks cleaning the grill with a rag, the rag then falls on the floor but that didn’t stop the cook from picking it up and continued to clean the grill with the same rag. This place is rude and disgusting; and their food wasn’t even good. Not worth the hassle. Go next door to burbon street, they are...
